Not sure what to do. I don't fit in any church.

the reason why I ask is Media is a great location where you are not dealing with many people you are behind the scenes as the service is going on

I have all my introverts working in media and they are even getting better at coming more open to other things and it is today a great vital ministry. God made you the way you are because most of us HE is trying to get us to be alone with HIM. Use it.
