One the one hand we have Christians telling us that to have the jab will cause to sprout horns and tail and go around in a red suit for eternity. On the other, if you refuse the jab, you will sprout horns........ you know the rest.

I've had the jab. I'll be glad to get the next one and get on with my life. I don't believe it should be compulsory. But I do not run the world. Those who refuse the jab must be prepared to accept any consequences. Ranting and raving about it will not help you.

I've been reading these types of threads from the get-go and I've never read anything where someone said the vaccine would cause the growth of horns and a tail. There are some, however, that claim the vaccine is the mark of the beast or that it can cause death or autoimmune issues down the road. The whole "look I haven't grown a tail!" comments come from the vaccinated mocking the unvaccinated.

You'll be glad to get the next jab. Okay. What about the next one? And the next? You know they're saying a booster will be needed every 5 or 6 months, indefinitely, right? How does a person get on with their life when the "next jab" is constantly thrown in their face?

Well...
According to the antivaxxers :

The vaccine kills at least half the people who take it.
But the virus it defends against is so harmless that only 0.000002 percent even feel sick.

It's all about the big pharma profits... from a vaccine that has the lowest profit margin of all the drugs they make.

And those few people who actually somehow are not naturally immune to the virus and have miraculously gotten ill should be taking invermectin (horse dewormer) with zinc or Hydrochloriquine (yellow fever medicine) instead of taking up room at the overloaded hospitals dying.

And those who survive these mRNA vaccines are definitely going to suffer from some unknown ailment 20 years from now...they aren't sure what. But even if they get run over by a bus it definitely was yet another senseless vaccine related death.

And no matter what the whole world has done with verified research where the hundreds of thousands involved are rewarded handsomely for finding the least falsehood...it isn't to be believed because their favorite politically slanted magazines hold all truth.

And let's not forget that even though most people vaccinated are relatively unimportant except to their friends and families Bill Gates is spending billions microchipping them during a period when computer chips are in such short supply they can't even make cars.

And yet for some reason we pro-vaxxers are members of a cult?

Wanting to force medical treatment on everyone?

I'm sorry...I am missing the logic here.

Um, your number 2 point about Big Pharma? Wrong. They are making money hand over fist and, apparently, this vaccine makes up a big portion of their profits. Since Covid is never going away and boosters will be required every 5-6 months, they'll have a consistent cash cow.

"The vaccine was, far and away, Pfizer’s biggest source of revenue."

"The vaccine is expected to keep generating significant revenue for Pfizer and BioNTech, especially because people are likely to need regular booster shots. Pfizer said on Tuesday that it expects its vaccine to generate $26 billion in revenue this year, up from its previous estimate of $15 billion. The company has been signing supply deals with governments for more shots to be delivered in the next few years, including options for Canada as far out as 2024.
“We believe that a durable demand for our Covid-19 vaccine — similar to that of the flu vaccines — is a likely outcome,” Mr. Bourla told analysts on Tuesday.
That could ultimately make the vaccine one of the best-selling pharmaceutical products ever. Pfizer’s cholesterol medicine, Lipitor, currently ranks No. 1, having brought in about $125 billion over 15 years.
Vaccine developers have been trying to play down the financial upside."

And this. Yes, I agree that preventative measures --and those three you listed have been studied and proven to work if used at the very onset of Covid--are better than taking up hospital space. The hospitals have poo-poo'd those three meds because they wait until the patient is basically ready to die before administering them and then when they don't work they say, "See! See! We were right!"

The downside to catching it early with those proven meds are that you have to have a doctor that will actually prescribe them to you (if folks are slurping down tubes of ivermectin from their feed store then they clearly have no idea what they're doing) and a pharmacist that will actually fill the prescription.

As an aside, saw this from the Babylon Bee and just had to chuckle. Sometimes we just have to poke fun and laugh at ourselves.

Yes, agree that speech was weird. She was speaking as though she was Jesus himself, and we are her apostles.
Covidianism.
Oh, she used that word, apostles, in one of her speeches as she pushed the vaccine.
Note the Jewelry. "VAXED".

New York Governor Confirms Covidianism Is A Pagan Cult

Self-appointed pope of all New Yorkers Kathy Hochul appeared at a megachurch to preach her COVID doctrines, saying 'I need you to be my apostles' for preaching universal vaccination to the unsaved.

Imagine the history books. The NWO entered under the guise of gene therapy injection, like a Trojan Horse, disguised as a "flu vaccine". Remember when Covid-19 was called a Corona virus?

Yes, stay away from the Whitehouse if you are trick or treating in DC.
And Congress too.

Tyrants have killed far more people than any virus in history...
And tyrants faced firing squads in the past or targeted drones in the present. Where are those firing squads and where are those drones when needed?

Yes, many people take an anti vaccine approach for many reasons. One could be all vaccines. Another could be just the Covid-19 vaccine for the long list of reasons. Not all may be logical to you or even to me but it is their sincerely held belief. At what point do we want to attack sincerely held beliefs which is in large part connected to conscience? Of course, as a country we do not honor any belief that violates the rights of others, like the right to life. If I believed it was good to a god to sacrifice my neighbor, that obviously would be where sincere beliefs are restricted.

People vaccinated are not in danger from unvaccinated.

There will always be a small percent of the population vulnerable to any virus.

Hospitals are in large part hurting due to staffing problems as hospitals are mandating vaccines or early retirement. States also have the national guard at their disposal or even none-profit organizations like Samaritan's purse that has been operating Covid care units out of parking garages.

So I truly believe the only difference in hospitals now versus the beginning of the pandemic is a self-created problem. Why can they not hire more nurses? Volunteers? They can.

A purpose created problem is no reason to restrict liberty. A word that so many around the world only wish they could understand. A word that has throughout history shown to be so delicate that if we do not protect it at all cost, it so easily and quickly is taken, never returned, and then over time forgotten. The next you know, you are like the Israelites out of Egypt wanting to return into slavery where at least the government feeds you.

The hospital issues with staffing is not a hiring issue...it's a capacity issue.

Hospitals are built using some fancy mathematics of population density and numbers....which turns into the number of beds, location, and staffing.
They want to hit that particular sweet spot of efficiency with comfortable room for emergency situations that come from disasters of various sizes.

What has happened with the pandemic is that ALL medical centers are running at 110%-120% capacity with full staffing and the staff is getting sick right along with the contagious patients or by family members when they leave work. Hospitals often run at around an average of 70-80% capacity.

Then on top of this all the "doc in a box" clinics also need nursing staff.
In fact they need extra staff...more than usual. So when you have a limited labor supply the one paying the highest wages wins...with hospitals being the lowest wage paying and more less desirable shifts. (Graveyard)

Hospitals often hire travel nurses to fill in the gaps in legally mandated staffing guidelines. These nurses make a high wage but have no benefits as a temp worker. But even these travel nurses are in short supply.

Vaccine mandates have nothing to do with anything except as a propaganda piece. It's basically low wages for extra hard work and long hours.

Poor government management and vaccine mandates have caused many healthcare protests, nurses quitting, and or being fired. This has filled the news.

The point is, if it wasn't for these problems, our healthcare system would not be as strained. They would have enough personal to work more ICU beds. That is the beauty about private healthcare, free market, competition and non-profit organizations. If government got less involved, less red tape, and only helped by supporting the free movement of such healthcare systems, we would see a better response. Big Government, Big Problems.

You cannot assume they are intentionally trying to create a crisis just because they are forcing tens of thousands to quit during a pandemic. I would want to see more evidence, for example evidence the pandemic was man made, that the tests were rigged to show many more people testing positive, for the media to fan the flames of fear and hysteria, for the government to use this "health crisis" as an opportunity to seize power and shut down churches, for high ranking government officials to lie about the disease and how best to deal with it. Hmmm, now that I think about it we have seen all of that.

Those things are sensations meant to sell stories...that's all.

The larger truth is that this pandemic has strained our healthcare workers and system.

So people are getting sick...

Also.

There's a thing going on with the Vaccines that is rather troubling. People are going with an assumption that these vaccines prevent infection.

This may or may not be true.

Typhoid Mary never felt sick a day in her life. She was highly infectious though and infected all those she worked around and killed most of them.

Until such time as it is proven to prevent infection instead of just preventing disease there should be no legal mandates...I can understand why hospitals require vaccinations...they have been a requirement for employment for the past 60 years. No one went into nursing with any expectations for something different. If they did they they're someone you don't want in any role of a nurse.

I've had several members of my family who have been nurses and friends who are nurses. My thoughts are exactly what they have related to me over the years. Sorry if you disagree with them and want to believe politically and sensation driven news over them...your choice.

Still waiting for the reference on all the hospitals nationwide operating at 110-120% rather than the typical 80%.

Sensations? So are you saying they do not exist or are not part of the many variables that have strained healthcare ICU beds?

.I can understand why hospitals require vaccinations...they have been a requirement for employment for the past 60 years. No one went into nursing with any expectations for something different. If they did they they're someone you don't want in any role of a nurse.
This is mostly true. But the swine flu vaccine of 1976, which was linked to an increased risk of Guillain–Barré syndrome, a paralytic nerve condition was also protested. Same as H1N1 flu vaccine. The problem remains in the risk area and where do you work. The Covid 19 vaccine has had a long list of complications and death. Knowing the death count is complicated much like knowing the true death count of Covid victims. Some deaths right after the shot could be coincidental but not likely. Either way, neither option is without risks.

I've had several members of my family who have been nurses and friends who are nurses. My thoughts are exactly what they have related to me over the years. Sorry if you disagree with them and want to believe politically and sensation driven news over them...your choice.
As have I. One is thinking of retiring early due to staffing problems and the other is thinking of quitting due to a potential vaccine mandate.

They are extremely minor...they aren't the major issues...just another straw on the camel's back...an excuse offered up to obfuscate the truth.

They know verbatim the proof of vaccines in an epidemic...

Epidemiology didn't just get invented. Epidemiology, immunology, and virology are part of every medical research university. They know exactly the important role of vaccines in an epidemic. Even if the vaccines have a small risk of complications in a few people it's better than losing an entire population groups. Which is tantamount to genocide.

So you tell me....what's better. Genocide or losing a few people to the Vaccines? We are talking about 1 out of every 100,000 people or 2,000 dead and another 50,000 permanently disabled and possibly up to 80,000 steralized or only capable of giving birth defects to offspring...which will eventually become genocide of a population group. Because that's the numbers we are looking at. You might not like it or want to discount it...but until a better alternative is discovered that's all we got and those are the real numbers we are looking at. What do you choose?
