Attack

The enemies job is to stop us and ours is to not allow him to do this. Life is so hard and at times gets even harder, this is why God said put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. We have learned that God is truth from experience. I'm 49 and have been through hell, now living with Heaven. Those who are saved will understand this saying. We must not play with God or Christianity. Demons are real and before I was saved I played Church like many and when I did I was attacked constantly by demons. I'm not saying this to scare you, I want to help someone through my experiences. Sometimes these attacks would be physical and the only way I
escaped was through prayer. Don't let anyone steal your godly inheritance, many will try, and distractions will come, but focus on the Lord.

sadly often the conflict comes from within the body of Christ . We really tear one another down over the smallest differences but it causes strife and gives the devil a foothold for grudge bearing and what not. And it seems we miss the great commonalities we have when we believe the Bible is true and Jesus is lord.

may all who seek his word find the center and grand design in simplicity of putting thier faith in Jesus Christ and his everlasting word

One of the problems is our fleshly reaction when others don't agree with us. It feels like a personal attack when it is only someone saying they understand something in a different way. Then they change the subject into personal enemy talk.

If we listened to the holy spirit within us then we would hear the Lord saying that we should make friends with our enemies, to say nothing of someone who only gives a different viewpoint.

In the book of Galatians we read that there was a disagreement between Peter and Paul. When a topic about the Lord came up we are told in the book of Isaiah: 1:18 "Come on now, let's discuss this!" says the LORD".

Discussions should not be fighting.

we can have different thoughts and just be two People discussing the lord and his word who both believe but understand a bit differently we aren’t enemies just because we disagree about some details but we are brethren because we believe

when we start insulting and accusing and turning it into something carnal is when things become unfruitful otherwise we could just do this and grow closer together in faith and more mature in Christ
