I'm saying no, only because I don't know what they could go after him on. I totally believe we are under a tyranny, or believe the radicals are trying to push one.

They are going to use the fact that he crossed state lines as an excuse.

A little late to start bringing facts and truth into this process.
"Look, I stand by what the jury has concluded, the jury system works, and we have to abide by it."

They began walking that back immediately and the mob is calling for vengeance.

I think Kenosha passed the test, the question now is will Biden's regime pass the test?

?

"While the verdict in Kenosha will leave many Americans feeling angry and concerned, myself included, we must acknowledge that the jury has spoken."
- Biden

i realize you are probably reading propaganda that says 'they walk back' but that's the same things he said the first time. However anyone may feel about it, the jury has spoken.

Biden said he was angry with the verdict. That is clearly a walk back from simply saying the Jury system works. Anyone can understand that if the President of the United States is saying he is angry with the verdict in a jury trial the implication is that it was not just.

If Biden agreed that Rittenhouse acted in self defense why would he be angry with the verdict? So yes, saying "jury system works" is different from saying "I am angry with the decision of the jury".

If he truly was trying to not incite people you can say that the standard of proof beyond a reasonable doubt is very high and therefore even if you disagree with the verdict you should be thankful for a legal system in which you are not convicted of murder unless a jury of your peers can determine beyond a reasonable doubt that you are guilty.

Yes, that is the other thing I dislike about the written statement, it is meaningless. Concerned about what? Riots? Looting? The way the prosecution behaved?

Angry about what? That the prosecutor has not been fired? That radical leftists are calling for the Federal trial?

If all he was saying is "the jury has spoken" then why add this written comment, that is what he has already said.

Biden is a career politician who knows very well how to speak with a politician's tact. he was faced with the fact of anger & concern among his constituency by a reporter looking for something sensational to print.
so he said something both non-committal and passively empathetic leaning towards loyalty to due process & rule-of-law.

such vague non-sayings are naturally twisted to extremes both by any politicians sycophantic & antagonistic propaganda machines alike.

you represent one side of that worldly politik, but i am no apologist for any secular politician, not matter how you may presume to accuse me on the basis of my refusing to join you in such carnality.

Well then if that is true that is good news because obviously Biden's DOJ would not try Rittenhouse in federal court.

This is more bluster from the Left. Once a man has been acquitted, he cannot be tried for the same charges or even manufactured charges. And it is high time the officials of the DOJ and FBI were tried for high crimes and treason. They are the ones who should be on trial, starting with demon Garland.

Good point, just a lot of hot air, like calling parents domestic terrorists because they complain at their school board meeting, or keeping people who trespassed in the capital in solitary confinement and torturing them for ten months till they recant, or using the FBI to bust down the door of an election official questioning the election, or flying Afghan nationals out of Afghanistan while leaving over a hundred Americans, or allowing the cartels to take over the US border, or stealing an election, or unleashing a global pandemic. These people try to get us all worked up saying that they are going to mandate the vaccine, and if we don't get it they'll make us lose our job, and that they'll mandate it for kids or else they can't go to school and soon everyone will have a vaccine passport. Sheesh, just a lot of nonsense trying to scare people. Next they will tell us they are going after churches trying to shut them down and take away their tax exempt status. Or that there are going to be $4,000 fines for anyone who isn't vaccinated like in Austria, or that they will haul us off to quarantine camps like in Australia. Uh huh. What's next? The mark of the beast.

BTW, anyone notice the water in this pan is starting to get very hot?

Biden is a career politician...
No. Biden is a CAREER CRIMINAL. He should rightly be in prison. But based upon his recent treasonous activities, he should really be executed. Where are all the executioners?

They recently updated the definition for career politician and career criminal is now one of the possible definitions.

After a jury unanimously ruled it was self defense -- Now this

https://populist.press/just-in-civil-action-filed-in-kyle-rittenhouse-shooting/?utm_source=Populist&utm_medium=email&utm_content=subscriber_id:780222&utm_campaign=Day 236 w3

This will be an interesting precedent "yes, you have the right to defend yourself, but we will bankrupt you if you do"
um your link says someone representing one of the dead men and the wounded man who tried to stop the active shooter filed suit against the police
not
the shooter.
