The mystery behind evil according to the gospel is the prince of the air who attacks the souls of men and takes advantage of us using our own weaknesses. All evil that men imagine or do is from an incitement by the devil. Eve was incited so was Judas after being given the bread, so was Cain incited by satanic spirit of Jealousy. All rebellion to God's law was born in the Devil, the Ancient Serpent. My question who was behind his fall unless evil and good are eternal and complete one another like light and darkness.

The darkness was and then the light that came from Gods word we’re seperated the light was called good

“And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:3-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I would say Satan is where the buck stops as far as blame and his angels also are held to account , but according to Jesus men who follow Satan will also be held to account in the place created to
Punish the devil the Father of lies and the first true murderer of mankind

“Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: And these shall go away into everlasting punishment:

but the righteous into life eternal.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭25:41, 46‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Before God created the angels there was only good because there was no created beings that could do evil.

Eze 28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
Eze 28:14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
Eze 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

Lucifer was created perfect in his ways until iniquity was found in him which God gave the angels a choice and Lucifer and some of the angels rebelled.

The devil is not eternal. He was created. He has a beginning and an end.

What do you think the answer is?
I think the God given right of choosing between good and its evil already creates the opportunity to act wickedly, same for angels same for Adam and Eve. In that rebellion in the garden did start with the devil but they could have still ate of it out of curiosity even without the devil trying to incite them.

I just wonder what or who inspired pride in Lucifer's heart so that he would rebel God's authority, if it were a man then this would have been incited by the devil, the pride

My question who was behind his fall
He was behind his own fall. He can blame no one but himself. It is the same with the man who rejects God's provision of salvation.

John
3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

evil and good are eternal and complete one another like light and darkness.
We do not live in a ying-yang universe. This is blatant paganism. Our God is a sovereign and all-consuming fire. He is the source of ALL things....

Isaiah
45:5 I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else, [there is] no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
45:6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that [there is] none beside me. I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else.
45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these [things].

God creates evil. I know its from scripture but since you raised it, can you explain how God creates evil?

It is very lucid and clear...

We do not live in a ying-yang universe. This is blatant paganism. Our God is a sovereign and all-consuming fire. He is the source of ALL things....

There is only One Creator, yes? Then it logically follows that He created everything and is over all things. That is what Sovereignty entails.

Does that help you over your hump, my friend? :):coffee: Godspeed. (y)

But you do know the darkness was already there, its never mentioned anywhere that God created the darkness, He called light out of darkness.

Please understand that God is good and that He loves you. We do well to focus on that.

Its because you attributed my light and darkness to yin and yan, MY LIGHT AND DARKNESS THEORY is very true from the Bible In the beginning the earth was formless and void and darkness was in the face of the deep and God said let there be light, darkness and light complete each other because without darkness how can you appreciate the importance of light.

The light is far greater than the darkness. Good is infinitely more powerful than evil. Jesus purchased and provided the victory for us long ago. :)

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Just place childlike trust in Him, my friend. He loves you soooo much. He did soooo much for you. He made it soooo easy for you to come...

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

So then evil is inherent and already exists from our free will and doing the opposite of good with that will?
That's just about right. No one forced Lucifer or Adam to disobey God. Those were their own choices because they were free to go either way. And the same is true for all men. At the same time the Law of Sowing and Reaping is there to ensure that evil is not rewarded.
