Of course He notices, the sad thing is so many humans don't and many of those even aware of the numbers don't consider it muder.

God sees everything. For now, He shows mercy and grace. Judgement day will come soon enough.

Of course. God notices everything. Every word spoken, act done, thoughts thought....and, they are recorded..............and every person will be judged by them, be it to damnation or level of reward.......
