What is the gospel of Jesus? Is it merely the news that he was born in a manger? Is it confined to the miracles and healing Jesus did while walking the earth? Maybe it's simply the news of his death and resurrection? Well, all of these things are a part of the gospel, but the good news that Jesus preached is much more "... Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God" (Mark 1:14). This is the gospel of Jesus. Nowadays many fail to preach the gospel of God's kingdom. Why? The bible teaches that Satan has deceived the whole world (Revelation 12:9). Jesus said that many would come preaching in his name and yet deceive many (Matthews 24:5). This is why pastors everywhere claim to be fulfilling the great commission (spreading the gospel all over the world), but never mention the coming of God's kingdom. Therefore, many people are deceived and have not heard the gospel of Jesus. Instead they hear and believe another gospel, which teaches that they are going to heaven. This is not the gospel of Jesus!

All over the bible, from the promise to Abraham in Genesis to the second coming of Jesus in Revelation, the Lord reveals that his kingdom will be on earth. This message is supposed to be good news to us, especially considering the condition of the world. We should be glad to know that God is going to straighten out the trouble and confusion that's presently in the world. Jesus even told us to pray for the fulfillment of his gospel, "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:10). Jesus also warned us to repent (turn from our sins) and be prepared for the coming of his kingdom. If we truly believe the gospel, then we will obey God's commandments. "...The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 6:9).

However, Jesus said the… Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. (Matthew 5:5). Now why in the world would the meek want to inherit the earth if God is supposed to take us to heaven? Maybe the meek are not so blessed after all?! Yes, the meek are blessed because
they will be on the earth, in God's kingdom. "...but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth" (Proverbs 10:30). Therefore, repent and believe the gospel (Mark 1:15). Jesus never promised to take us to heaven. As a matter of fact Jesus said that no man went up to heaven except he (speaking of himself) that came down from heaven (St. John 3:13). Jesus promised us we would dwell with him on the earth. That's right, Jesus is returning to establish the kingdom of God. If we have faith and obey him, we will rule with him on the earth, "And hast made us unto our God kings and priests; and we shall reign on the earth" (Revelation 5:10).

The Gospel of Jesus is to enact God the Fathers Salvation Plan for all who will believe through the establishment of the New Covenant Grace.

Pretty much nutshell, but, then, so is John 3:16.........

"For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." When you came to Christ, you were "circumcised," but not by a physical procedure. Christ performed a spiritual circumcision--the cutting away of your sinful nature. You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice--the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect."

God's salvation plan was put in place at the beginning and it is told all through scripture. It is what Christ fulfilled. But when Christ tells us what he is on earth to do, Christ doesn't mention that, what Christ tells us his message to us is to "repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand". Matthews 3:2 and Matthews 4:17.

To repent of sin means that we do not want to sin. We are born in sin and sin causes our death. God wants us to live. It is only through Christ we live, and Christ cannot be within us if we want sin within us. To repent is the gospel, it means eternal life.

“This is the gospel of Jesus. Nowadays many fail to preach the gospel of God's kingdom. Why?”

because of this

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4:3-4‬ ‭

fables is a lot of what people preach now days and claim it’s a revolutionary gospel

“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.”
‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭2:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

false doctrine is deadly and it’s pervasive in this world even though God came and made the truth known and sent it out to the world and we still have it written it seems many simply don’t want it to be true so they want to be saved but not Jesus way they omit a few things , add another , a pinch of this d skimming this other ingredient and then they label it the true gospel

it spreads like wildfire and corrupts minds seeking truth

We need to go to scripture to find out what the gospel of Christ is, to to man to see what man thinks the gospel is. We are told what that gospel is in Matthew 3:21 and Matthew 4:17. Christ says the gospel is to repent, for the kingdom of heave is near. Is this the true gospel you are speaking of?

It is not false prophets who preach that through Christ we are saved, that is truth. But it is not the gospel Christ came to teach. That was established in the world when Christ came to us in the flesh.

sister the gospel is the account of Matthew mark Luke and John it’s all of it it’s the life , ministry , miracles , words of teachings of , sacrificial death of and resurrection of Jesus Christ ot isnt summed up in any one verse it’s to believe “ the gospel according to Matthew “ “ the gospel cording to mark “ the gospel according to Luke and the gospel according to John “

those four books are the only record of the gospe in scriptire it’s why they are titled “ the gospel according to “ there are four accounts of the gospel in scripture we have to accept and believe the gospel written on those four books they are the recorded events and words of the gospel

you then have epistles sent to the church to address certain ooonts of the gospel later but they preached what is found in the four gospels they wrote those down bearing the end of thier lives to preserve the Gospel they believed and preached to everyone

the four gospels are the foundation of Christianity to know the gospel we simply have to hear the true story of when Christ came and manifest himself d said just believe me and you will live

repentance means to change your mind literally what he’s saying is “ forget what you thought you knew and believe the gospel”

There is only one Gospel but it has many designations. You seem to be confused in thinking there are two (or more) Gospels.

There’s one gospel and it has one purpose and applies to everyone in the world till the end

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

it has one designation the salvation and eternal Life of anyone who dares believe until the end

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:18-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

And that’s where it’s doctrine is found

Therefore, many people are deceived and have not heard the gospel of Jesus. Instead they hear and believe another gospel, which teaches that they are going to heaven. This is not the gospel of Jesus!
1. The Gospel includes the truth that those who are saved by grace will go to Heaven. Indeed our citizenship is presently in Heaven. Therefore your claim is false.

2. The Gospel also includes the truth that in order to enter and see the Kingdom of God, you must be born again.

3. The Gospel also includes the truth that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures and rose again the third day for our justification, according to the Scriptures.

4. The Gospel also includes the truth that when you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ you shall be saved.

5. The Gospel also includes the truth that sinners must repent and be converted so that their sins may be blotted out.

6. The Gospel also includes the truth that those who repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ receive (a) the gift of eternal life, (b) the gift of the Holy Spirit, and (c) the gift of salvation or deliverance from the wrath of God (which includes Hell).

What have you found that is the gospel, and what scripture do you base this on? In my post, where do do you find my saying there are more than one gospels?

I believe we must listen to scripture when it tells us that the essence of what Christ was sent to teach is "repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand". That is what John the Baptist told us and it is repeated by Christ's words. Do you not believe this scripture?

Yes, I believe this Scripture, as much as I believe the Gospel which was preached by Peter, Paul, Philip, and all the other apostles. You are trying to limit the Gospel, so please read my post #10. I could have included a few few truths in the Gospel, since the Gospel in essence is that Christ Himself is our Salvation.

This is excellent, and all so very true. It is the result of study of the entire word, all scripture, and it is gospel.

That does not mean that we are not to listen to Christ when he tells us the essence of what he came to tell us about in the three years he spoke in the flesh was "repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand".

This sums up all the points you made of the gospel. We are to live eternally in the kingdom of heaven, Christ's ministry tells us how to receive that gift. The first step is to repent.

The scriptures that I am quoting is not limiting the gospel, Christ did nothing to limit or take away. These scriptures I quote has absolutely nothing to do with the mortal person I am, "YOU" are not doing anything but bringing a scripture to be looked at.

That is so true, reminds me of what Paul says in 2 Thessalonians 2: 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Some believe that Jesus will never actually come back to the earth, but will rule over the earth from heaven. However, the gospel teaches that Jesus will sit on a throne on the earth in Jerusalem. Even before he was born the angel Gabriel informed his mother, Mary of the fact, "...and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David and he shall reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end" (Luke 1:32-33). King Israel,

David never ruled in heaven, but he sat on a throne on the earth in Jerusalem. According to the gospel, Jesus will do the same and he told us this very plainly saying, "Jerusalem...is the city of the great king" (Matthew 5:35). Now, if we intend to dwell with Jesus then where will we be? Sitting with him on his throne in Jerusalem. " To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne" (Revelation 3:21).

Notice that Jesus didn't promise us we would sit with him on his Father's throne in heaven, but he promised us we would sit with him on his own throne on the earth. Of course we must overcome by keeping his commandments until the end. Jesus is called a king throughout the bible, but people don't seem to take this fact literally.

Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done? Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. So we see Jesus kingdom is not yet, but let’s see what else was said to Jesus, by Pilate.

Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. Jesus said that he was born into the world to be a king (St. John 18:35,36,37). Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. After he was born and just a baby, the wise men came looking for him "...(Matthew 2:1).

amen the apostles touched on that same point many times over . It’s a war in the world between The truth of Christ Jesus and the lies of the enemy just like the very first conflict in Eden God speaks truth that saves , the devil spreads lies and omissions that deceive and destroy

it’s sad honestly because the truth is all that can set is free no it’s a certainty if we just turn our ears to Jesus and his truth the battle is won but Satan works to convince us otherwise because man has been his slaves now for a long time d don’t even know it when we reject the truth

“In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.”
‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭2:25-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the false doctrine accomplishes satans Will to blind minds to the gospel because that’s what saves

“But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:3-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

satans only move now that the gospel has been given to mankind is to get them away from believing the truth ot keeps us bound to Satan and sin but if we accept the truth We can be set free of his snare and slavery

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-32, 34, 36‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I loved your post it’s rare to see these days but loved it and endorse it completely

“Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death,

or of obedience unto righteousness?

But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭6:16-18, 22-23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

all because we hear and believe The gospel truth that sets us free of the enemies plots and corrupted plans for us

The gospel is the living word of God
And that through Jesus we are saved the Son of God
By being forgiven as he bear our sins
And repenting
Having faith praying without ceasing
Keeping the ten commandents
And we bear the fruits of the spirit
And without charity we are nothing
And we take up the cross because we love him

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I have somewhat to say unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on.
41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty.
42 And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
43 Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.
44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.
45 Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.
46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.
47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.
48 And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.
49 And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also?
50 And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace.

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

"The grass witherith, the flower fadeth, but the word of our God shall stand forever"

And also I'll add
He did this because he loved you and you loved him
He gave a gift and you received and so you are saved but not all will accept and receive him
"But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ."
