I'm at a loss and very much in need of prayers. I woke up yesterday morning to flood waters rushing into my home and trapping me and my daughter. I am SO grateful that we survived and made it through without injury, but we've lost everything. Our home, our car, our belongings, all a loss. And without flood insurance, I have no idea what the next step will be. I never expected something like this to happen, living near a little creek, not a rushing river. But this flash flood came out of nowhere and has torn our lives apart. I just...don't know where to start, how to rebuild, or where to go, with nothing. I'd be so grateful if you could keep me and my little girl in your thoughts and prayers, as we both need them right now.

I am glad you are safe. I am praying for you as I type this message. I live in British Columbia where we were recently ravaged by floods, so I feel you pain. I hope you continue to safe and that God blesses you in ways you could never imagine.
