Please check out this. I was speechless when friend of mine shared this youtube link with me. What other developments are we not aware of?
That unless you have a high level of education and skill level you are going to eventually become unemployable.
Most fields of employment are going to evaporate and the few remaining jobs are going to be such low skill and wages that they will not provide a sustainable lifestyle.
We eventually will have to create a universal income for all US citizens. Europe will do the same.
There's not going to be any jobs.
However if you know electronics and hydraulics... you likely can get a job repairing robotics.
Machines can make a better fast food order than people can already.
Meat processing facilities already are highly automated and are looking to automate more... because they can't get the labor they need already.
Get used to the idea.
Electronic engineering isn't the same as it used to be. Today it's point and click with a mouse. Tell the computer the desired outcome and it designs it for you. Then take those prints to a specialized prototype modeler and it prints out your electronic board.
It's tested and then the high speed machines mass produces it.
The job is to carry a thumb drive from one gizmo to the next. Everything else is done by machines.
So... either get smart or get left out.
