Yes I agree, you have to make the choice to follow something once you come of age. But I meant that my parents were Christian and I was just raised in it all

Hi! Thank you so much for the warm welcome I appreciate that. Yes, my heritage is from Ethiopia 🇪🇹 but my parents immigrated to the US about it 22 years ago. Interestingly enough Ethiopia was actually one of the First Nations to adopt Christianity, which makes them pretty much the first black nation to be a Christian nation. So that’s for everyone saying Christianity was forced on EVERY single black Christian ancestor lol. Ethiopia was also the only nation to survive the expansion of Islam as a Christian nation. The Bible also doesn’t support slavery like people think it does. And we always talk about how Christianity was forced on slaves and imperialized on Africans, but no one cares to mention the Arab-Muslim slave trade, where ISLAM was “forced” onto the natives of Africa. Sorry for my little rant lol, I just think it’s funny, that’s all.
