Just had two cups. Now ready to face another exiting day in the crazy UK. Will avoid any Birthday cake
that may come my way, Peruvian Mummies, Tribulation experts, assorted Zombies and Covid 19

Wow, that is a stack all right!

"Ice pancakes"... no relation to pancake coffee, it is something we can see in the winter.

They don't look delicious but it sure is interesting....

Aw, well, pancake coffee is ok I guess............ BUT

I've not had pancakes for a few weeks now...I found wild blueberries in the freezer section and made them a few weeks ago...

Currently with the fresh, buttery, and tender Brioche I made...
I have been making french toast for breakfast. Awesome stuff!

Then I have been looking at bakeries and coffee shops and equipment and rental space and....

It's a lot to go through and I've been out of the industry for a while now.

Then I see the viral video of the whole crew walking out on a bagel shop and cheering. Saying that upper management was bad.

I also looked at the bakeries and coffee shops for sale...not good. Some trying to sell. Others just having fire sales for their FF&E. Trying to get any money out of their investment and not in debt for their leases.

Just a quick update, my wife's friend son visit us last night and we had an awesome time with him. What a special young man he is! We can't contact mom yet because she is still in the beginning of her rehab but will speak to her as soon as it is allowed.

Gandy, you need to slow down the pancake eating and have them one by one like me.

I live in Lewisham which is part of London. Its a very diverse multi cultural area. Central Lewisham
where most of the Stores are found have some weird individuals that seem to be drawn to it like metal to a magnet. They range from militant anti meat eaters to assorted Religious individuals most 0f which are ignored or avoided by and large by shoppers. Just thought I would mention all this in case anyone
ever visits my area and wonders what in the world is going on.
