Very interesting. We have friends from Ukraine who recently escaped to Poland. They lived in Kiev. They spent the last 30 years translating the Bible into Ukrainian. It was published and distributed 2 years before Russia invaded.

We are witnessing the judgement (revealing its true nature) of the Russian Orthodox church. Putin actually began the religious rhetoric nearly a decade ago. It played to the people. His move to invade should be compared to the Roman Catholic crusades. The parallels are undeniable.

I dont know much about this counterfeit sect so i need to educate my self.
I ask for those saints in the know to share. For as we all know we fight not against flesh but against the spirits of darkness in high places.

Is it like the troubles in Northern Ireland do you think (english protestant vs irish catholic) where the Irish wanted home rule or independence vs English wanting to control the whole country but getting a piece of the northern county.

Im not exactly sure why they (the English) have or control of that piece of Ireland. Not hearing too much about it these days but they (Irish) had terrorists too.

Ireland was partitioned and thats how Northern Ireland came about, though it hasnt always stopped the violence, partionining a country doesnt always mean peace.

this often plays out in history eg North and south Vietnam, North and South Korea, East and West Germany, Quebec Canada, India and Pakistan, Palestine and Israel, almost all the African states...and most of the Pacific nations controlled by overseas interests.

Ok seems like Ireland troubles came about with the 'plantation of Ulster' which wasnt actually a 'plantation' but more like an invasion of scots and. english who took over that land, pushing the native Irish out.

They didnt really 'plant' anything. The plantation was of settlers cos they wanted the land. I dont know what for...growing potatoes? A base for their ships? Its where the Titanic was built.

So, maybe a similar thing happnening in UKraine. Though the Ukraine was originally part of Turkey I heard, but the Russians wanted it. It became part of Russian territory. Ukraine won independence and now they (Russians) want it back, or at least, some of it.
