We are only accountable for what we come across of the word of God.

If a person confesses Jesus as Lord and Savior but have not learned He is God and dies they should be saved.

But if they come across scripture that Jesus is God then they have to believe it or they are accountable for not believing the Bible.

Jesus is God for a normal human cannot provide salvation for they are not sinless, so only God manifest in the flesh can provide a sinless human that can also be a sacrifice to take away sins.

Which the Bible says that God laid down His life for us and purchased the Church with His own blood.

The Bible states that Jesus is God for He is God manifest in the flesh.

And God said that there is no God beside Him and there was no God formed before Him and there shall be no God formed after Him so Jesus cannot be a created god and the Bible calls Him God so He must be God with no beginning.

Also there cannot be a created God for God means the greatest being which a created being would not be the greatest being.

The Bible says that Jesus is the beginning of creation which means according to the flesh who is the man Christ Jesus.

Even though the man Christ Jesus was not born until 4000 years later He can still be considered the beginning of creation.

The Bible says that God calls things that have not happened yet as though they already happened for if it is a plan of God to happen in the future it is the same thing as if it happened in the beginning for it will surely come to pass with no hindrance.

Which the Bible says the Lamb was slain from the foundation of the world.

And the prophets blood shed from the foundation of the world.

And all the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

Even though they were future events they were still considered to be in the beginning.

So the man Christ Jesus can be the beginning of creation before He is born because God calls things that have not happened yet as though they already happened.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

In the beginning was the plan of God to come in the future in flesh, and that plan was with God before He laid down the foundation of the world, and that plan was God manifest in the flesh.

All things were created with the plan of God to come in the future in flesh, and without that plan God would of not created all that He created because Jesus is the reason creation is successful to judge the angels and people and to give people salvation.

All creation hinges on the plan of God to come in the future in flesh who is the man Christ Jesus so Jesus can be considered the beginning of creation even though He was not born until 4000 years later.

But Jesus as God has no beginning.

This is a dangerous teaching that Jesus is not God but only a good teacher which is what the new age movement believes which the antichrist will be of the new age movement.

When the Bible says Jesus is the beginning of creation it is speaking according to the flesh the man Christ Jesus.
In simple form = "No one comes to the Father but through Me(Jesus) and no one comes to Me unless the Father draws/calls them."

How does God call someone? = the Holy Spirit

So by this we see ALL THREE are ONE in the process of Salvation for those whom HE calls.

Jesus is not a remedy for Adam who sinned and rebelled in the garden. Adam was the prototype for Jesus. As the first man he was created OUTSIDE of Eden and without sin. In Gen. 1:28 it shows that God's expectation for Adam - and Eve - was to multiply and fill the earth. God put him in the Garden as a TEST RUN, while fully aware of Satan's presence. That tree of knowledge by and of itself was not pure evil, and God didn't put it in there by mistake. That arrangement was made for one reason: with great power comes great responsibility. Adam may be created as an adult man, but mentally he was still a kid, he needed time to grow up. When he was ready, he graduated from the garden, that knowledge of good and evil would be granted to him as a reward, and he would need it to subdue the earth. But of course, he failed. Although God warned him that "the DAY you eat of it you shall SURELY die", he probably saw Eve eat it and she was still alive, and she was nagging at him 24/7 with her new power, so eventually he gave in and ate it.
“Jesus is not a remedy for Adam who sinned and rebelled in the garden”

Adam caused this when he broke the command in Eden

“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭5:12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Adam brought man from life together with God to death apart from God exiled from His intimate presence Christ came to redeem us from death caused by adams transgression

“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; and deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭2:14-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus came to restore what Adam lost for
Mankind

“For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation;

even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners,

so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭5:17-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Adam brought death to Mankind through transgression …. Jesus came to restore life to Mankind through perfect obedience.

Jesus came to restore to man , what Adam lost for Man.

Adam caused this

So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Christ offers this

“Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭22:14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Christ came to reconcile man to our original place in creation is what I’m saying death became part of creation because Adam transgressed this commandment

“but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭2:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

before that man was created to live with God in his presence unashamed and welcome to eat of the tree of life after he transgressed sin and death entered into the equation . And then man was cast out requiring a sacrifice

Christ came to redeem Man from the curse adam brought upon mankind his descendants. Into the blessing that was given then from the start

he did that by obedience in mans stead even when it took him to suffering and death on the cross he obeyed

Yep, death in Adam, life in Christ. This mortal body will eventually return to dust, for the wages of sin is death, and all the chemicals, sweeteners, seed oils and synthetic drugs will only make sure to accelerate the aging process.

yes and when that happens the spirit will return to God who gave it

“Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:

and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭12:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

sort of the undoing of this

“And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground,

and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life;

and man became a living soul.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭2:7‬ ‭KJV‬

“And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul;

the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭15:45‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“The first man is of the earth, earthy:

the second man is the Lord from heaven.

And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭15:47, 49‬ ‭KJV‬‬

By the way, do you believe Psalm 90:10-11 is about AVERAGE lifespan?

"The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty years. Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut off, and we fly away."

I’m not sure actually it seems like the further we got from Eden God shortened our lifespan because of the pervasiveness of sin and mans wickedness on the earth

What I mean is adam Who originally brought death to man and his ten generations lives about a thousand years through atonement until Gods word of death was fulfilled

“and all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭5:5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Then before the floods he shortened thier lifespan as we see the conflict between spirit and flesh begin

“And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man,

for that he also is flesh:

yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭6:3, 5-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Noah of course lives long bekng from the first generations and not wicked. But Moses for instance lived according to the stated lifespan there after the flood

then we get to your quote even later in the progression which is seventy even 80, as man lost all form of Godly judgement and the law took its dominion over us in transgression.

I think often of the pondered question of the good who die young and live very short lives and the wicked who prosper in years and am always encouraged by Gods answer

The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away,

none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭57:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I think it shows he has a place prepared for those who love him after death , even always part of his plan

sorry I can’t offer an informed answer to your question , it just brought tommy mknd the decline of mans lifespan from the beginning after the fsll
As sin grew in us , life Seems to have dwindled slowly away

thank God he didn’t leave the story to end there but is a redeemer by nature of the lost

It is not a false dichotomy. How does one know the Will of God? Only by the Scriptures. If not then everything is just opinion.

The bible is considered inerrant.
2 Timothy 3:16
All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;

2 Peter 1:20-21
But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.

Why there can be no contradiction in the set premises.
Deut 18:21 You may ask in your heart, “How can we recognize a message that the LORD has not spoken?” 22When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD and the message does not come to pass or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. The prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him.…

The notion that understanding God suffers some sort of consensus is an odd notion. Sola Scriptura is the only principle I adhere when understanding God.

"bibliolotry" - Are you of an older tradition?
I think he has a point. For those "all things are possible" and "John 3:16" bumper sticker Christians, you think watching subpar Pureflix movies, listening to Wheatful Woman podcast and posting one corny bible verse on Instagram every day is gonna lead to any spiritual growth? Hell, I'm damn guilty of this. A disciple ought to carry his cross daily, I wear a 2'' by 3'' cross necklace daily. Even when I'm suited up, I still wear that cross instead of a tie.

Well, I can say for sure that Gen. 6:3 is definitely NOT about lifespan, not even an "upper limit." Put that verse in context, it was quite obvious that those 120 years was all that mankind had left before the Flood.

before the flood ?

“and all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died. and all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years: and he died. and all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years: and he died. and all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years: and he died. and all the days of Mahalaleel were eight hundred ninety and five years: and he died. and all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years: and he died. and all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: and all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died. and all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years: and he died. And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭5:5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 27, 31-

Foretold for after the flood would come upon the following generations

“And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭6:3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Noah part of those generations before the flood

“And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years. And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭9:28-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Noah’s sons part Of the first generations before the flood

“and Shem lived after he begat Arphaxad five hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭11:11‬ ‭

but their children born after the flood were under the decree made beforehand of 120 years is what I was saying. I’m assuming it has something to do with populating the earth before the nations were divided and much later we’re to fathered together again through Christ and the gospel preached to all nations

remember God always speaks first and then later it comes to Pass. Sometimes it takes awhile because all he said needs to be fulfilled

Thinking over how Jesus is God in the Old Testament and not only in the New, and thinking over how Jesus is the LORD, the God who delivered the children of Israel out of Egypt, who created the world, whom Isaiah saw, I feel more encouraged to approach the Father . I don't have to be shy either.

I would agree with you in the New Earth and the New Heaven. I am sure at the table of Christ, where I greet you as sister, the question of bible inerrancy would never be an issue. We would listen to the truth as plainly spoken by our Master. But till then, only the doctrines of the Bible is what we have. Only by the Scriptures can we ever come to understood Jesus, the Son and God, the Father. They should not be understood without the doctrines of man clinging as unwanted parasites.

I understand what you are saying. But now is not the time as Jesus has not returned.
Here is my spiel on the number 666. It is believing the 7th seal will not open, the 7th trump will not be heard and the 7th vial will not be poured. In other wordㄝ history will not end, but the system will continue in defiance of our Master. Bible inerrantcy tells me that history must end and Jesus will end it. That is why I double down on this notion sola scriptura and reject bibliolotry.

Here's what the bible says about 666: 1 Kings 10:14, the only other place where this number was mentioned. Go check it out. And btw I never asked about 666 or any eschatology.

Jesus is NOT created. The Word was God and was with God in the beginning, but make no mistake, the FLESH wasn't until the Word became flesh and dwell among us.

Isaiah 45: 11-12 Thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker: Ask me of things to come concerning my sons; and concerning the work of my hands, command ye me. I have made the earth, and created man upon it; I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

Isaiah 45: 11-12 The Lord, the Holy One of Israel, is the Christ, and His Maker is the Father. The Father is speaking through Christ who made everything that was made.

Exodus 6: 3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

Exodus 6:3 Christ appeared to them in the name of the Father but His name is Jehovah. It was the Father that appeared in Spirit because Christ is filled with the Father's Spirit and and the Father's Spirit talks through Christ ( JEHOVAH) (who is also a spirit).

Exodus 6: 7-8 And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the Lord your God, who bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. And I will bring you in unto the land, concerning which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage: I am the Lord.

Exodus 6:7-8 The Lord is Christ who speaks the Father's words to Moses. In Isaiah 40: 10-11, Christ is the Father's right hand and is given a kingdom to rule as a reward for accomplishing the Father's will. The subjects of His kingdom will be all who have received the Father's Spirit and believe and trust in the Father's plan of salvation through Christ. Christ (Jehovah) was not idle before He became flesh. He is the God of the Old Testament doing the Father's will even then. Christ (Jehovah) is our Lord, our Savior, and our God, but the Father is God of all.

John 10: 18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

John 10: 18 The Father issues commands and the Son obeys. Christ gave us His commandments which is to love God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength ( Mark 12: 30-31)and to love your neighbors as thyself. You obey the second commandment when all you say and do is motivated by the love in your heart that can only come from the Father's Holy Spirit. Read Eph 3: 14-19.

Eph 3: 14-19 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named. That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend, with all saints, what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height, and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Eph 3: 14-19 Those that are Baptized in the Name of the Father are in the Father's family and will receive His Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ. He not only saves us, but He also perfects us by filling our hearts with the same love that the Father and Son shared.

You said: No God formed before Christ and none will be formed after means that Christ is the only one formed by the Spirit of the Father."

NO - NOPE - DEFINTELY NOT

Christ was not formed by the Father = "Jesus is the same Elohim(God) that created all things from the beginning.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the LORD;
and
beside Me there is no Saviour.”
Just for your information, " El" means Divinity or God. " ohim" is a suffix used to denote plurality ( just like putting an "s" at the end of a noun in English). Also, in Genesis 1: 26, God says, Let us make man ".

There seem to be a large number of “Christians” today who do not believe that Jesus is God: ‘About a third of evangelicals say Jesus was a “good teacher” but was not God, according to a LifeWay Research study created for Ligonier Ministries. Also, 65 percent of evangelicals believe “Jesus is the first and greatest being created by God” a statement that goes against the Bible’s teachings.’

Also, there are at least nine “faith groups” which reject the doctrine of the Holy Trinity as held by Bible-believing Chiristians. They include Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Christian Scientists, Christadelphians, Oneness Pentecostals, Unification Church, Unity School of Christianity, Armstrongists, and Scientologists.

So the question remains “Must one believe that Jesus is God in order to be saved?” And the answer from Scripture is a resounding “Yes”.

This passage from Isaiah 45:21-23 makes it perfectly clear that it is applicable to both God and Christ: Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

We see here that our Saviour is God, and we find in the New Testament that Jesus is called “the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13).

Did Jesus insist that believing in Him as God was necessary in order to be saved? Yes, He did. In John chapter 8 there is a lengthy discourse between Christ and His enemies. Jesus declared to the scribes and Pharisees that He was the Light of the world. Then He went on to say in verse 24: I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I AM [he], ye shall die in your sins.

The King James translators failed to translate this verse correctly. “I AM” is the name of God (Exodus 3:14) and it is capitalized in the OT. That is how it should have been translated in the New Testament and there are several times when this was not done. Also there is no “he” in that verse, and that is why it is in italics. Here is how the Greek in written in the Received Text: εἶπον οὖν ὑμῖν ὅτι ἀποθανεῖσθε ἐν ταῖς ἁμαρτίαις ὑμῶν· ἐὰν γὰρ μὴ πιστεύσητε ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι ἀποθανεῖσθε ἐν ταῖς ἁμαρτίαις ὑμῶν, and it literally reads as “I said therefore to you that you will die in the sins of you. If for not you believe that I AM, you will die in the sins of you”.

We find in Exodus 3, that Jesus is called (1) the Angel of the Lord (in His pre-incarnate form), (2) the LORD (YHWH=Yahweh), (3) God, (4) the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, (5) IAM THAT I AM, and (6) I AM. Jesus chose to call Himself “I AM” therefore He also said to the Jews “Before Abraham was I AM” (John 8:58). Unless it meant exactly what it meant in Exodus, that statement would not make grammatical sense.

This goes back to the fact that (a) Jesus is “God manifest in the flesh” (1 Tim 3:16) and (b) Jesus is “the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29). There could be only one sinless Substite for the sins of the whole world, and that is God as sinless Man dying on the cross of Calvary, and being made “Sin” for us. The very fact that our Saviour was named “Yehoshua” or “Yeshua” or “Yahshua” (which is “Iesous” in Greek and “Jesus” in English) proves that Jesus is God. His name means “God is our Salvation”.

So why is it that in spite of all these Scripture, people reject the deity of Christ and therefore face eternal damnation? There can only be one reason. Satan blinds the minds of people to prevent them from believing the truth, and then deceives them into believing a lie. His ultimate goal is to see the entire human race in Hell. But the light of the Gospel is given so that people will come to the Light of the world -- Jesus. Therefore God will bring many to salvation.
Flesh and blood does not reveal Christ's deity but the Father only.

I believe somebody could be saved not being certain of it but they could not be saved without it being so. I believe anybody who receives the Holy Spirit will get the revelation.
