Yeah like I was saying if that’s how you want to see it , I’m okay with that we’ve already went through this and started our case. I’m good with leaving it there
"Can a man enter again into his mothers womb."

Peace my Brother

YOU’RE the one who says you must be born of water through physical birth.

I’m pointing out, that if that’s the case, then unborn babies would be lost.

Unless you’re carving out an exception for unborn babies.
You said nothing about the serviceman that gets saved and before he can get baptized ends up getting killed or a death bed confession or someone on the way home from an evangelist revival like Billey Graham used to do. You have not showed me the verse that says water baptism saves a person. As for a baby are you saying that it is not alive in the mother's womb? It is this type of teaching Jesus was talking about when He said the doctrine of men make void the word of God.

I’ve read it a lot brother , I don’t interpret Jesus explaining about childbirth. He often isn’t replying to what someone said but is always speaking of heavenly spiritual things

if we’re looking at it naturally it would make sense , if we’re looking at it spiritually it makes perfect sense with the rest of scripture.

they had all just been baptized in water for remission of sins , John had been saying “ I baptize you with water , the Christ is going to baptize you with the spirit

just as johns ministry ended jesus ministry began he’s explaining to nicodemus “ water baptism isn’t enough , you also must be baptized in the spirit “

it’s the same message John had just preached about water and spirit , and why they continued baptizing in water l the way through the Bible

when you get baptized you are submerged beneath the water into christs death and burial , you aren’t left there your also lifted up by the baptizer , showing forth a new life. Just like when a persons born

“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭6:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

through baptism we’re born here as abrahams children with a clear conscience from our past sins a new person on Gods sight, not our natural sight but in his eyes through faith.

“For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:27-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

that promise of baptism is further understood here

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,

and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:38-39, 41‬ ‭KJV‬‬

bit brother I’m not saying you or anyone has to see it the same way lol we already went through this on the other thread. If you want to see it as being born of a woman it’s perfectly acceptable to me for you to see it that way. God will work it oir whoever sees it correctly in time
Are you saying that John the Baptist brought salvation to the people that he baptized?

It makes perfect sense spiritually = Perfect as in: all God's ways are Perfect.

The Lord Himself made it specifically clear in John ch3 = "that which is flesh is flesh and that which is spirit is spirit."

The Lord says there are two separate births = one natural and one spiritual.

No one can experience the Spiritual New Birth, Born-Again, unless they are first born in water = mothers womb.

This is a immutable fact of Scripture - from Genesis to Revelation.

CLUE - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.
All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
Davidtree thanks for the support.

Are you saying that John the Baptist brought salvation to the people that he baptized?
no I’m saying that John gave the people knowledge of remission of sins , Jesus later shed his blood and both witness together of the same

you know how the term “born again “ is used ? And your saying “
It’s a reference to then breaking of a woman’s water at birth ? “

that’s what baptism is on a spiritual level born again of water and also spirit

Not of a woman but of the water and spirit God has provided. Jesus is the only one who gives salvstion , baptism for remission of sins is a witness to the belief of this truth

“for this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭26:28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

belief of this is why anyone gets baptized into christs name it’s an act of faith in the shed blood of Jesus and promises the spirit

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,

and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:38‬ ‭KJV‬‬

it’s an act of faith and holds a promise to those who believe the word of God and what he’s made clear

in case you missed it though you don’t have to agree with me

My Brother who walks in Love - you do not have to respond - this is just for you = NO response necessary

This is He(Jesus) who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water,
but by water and blood = flesh birth of the physical seed and lineage of David
And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.
1 John 5:6

yep water and spirit

“Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, ( water) and praying, the heaven was opened, and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, ( spirit ) and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭3:21-22‬ ‭

later after this

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭4:18-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

he shed his blood. Water , spirit , blood.

Notice Jesus didn’t start preaching the gospel till his water baptism , receiving the Holy Ghost and then afterwards shed his blood of remission ?

“Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:14-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Just to be crystal clear, I do not.

Here is the most blessed womb(water) to ever give birth to a child.

Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”

"This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood."
1 John 5:6

When Mary's water broke = out came water and blood and a Son = the only begotten Son of God.
and His blood-line was of the lineage of David.

does this water of the womb they are born from Witness remission of sins ? Or does this water witness remission of sins ?

“John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

and does that water agree with the witness of Jesus blood ?

“for this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭26:28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

And also agree to the spirit spoken through Christ that says the same regarding remission of sins ?

“And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the idea is rebirth isn’t it ? If being born of a emans womb witnessed remission of sins it might be different. Bit rather than that eater of natural birth which guarantees entrance into sin bekng the flesh which counts for nothing

it seems the Bible is talking about the water of a new birth through faith that agree to remission of sins by his blood and spirit.

“born again “ by water , blood and spirit all three agreeing that our sins are remitted through Jesus Christ and the shedding of his blood , why do we need agreement of the witnesses regarding remission of our sins ?

“these three agree”

what do they agree upon ?

the water

“John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The blood

“for this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭26:28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the spirit that bears witness ( actually speaks )

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:63‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭7:48‬ ‭

“And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭5:20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the water of baptism is a witness of remission of sins , the blood is a witness of remission of sins , and the spirit bears this testimony through christs word.

sort of my point the man asks “ how can one be born a second time ?

your point “ people are born as babies from water “ they also when born the forst time have a corrupt spirit of man and a body that is Sustained by adams blood .

that’s how we are naturally born .

my point “ how can they be born again a second time ?

The water God offered , the blood God offered , the spirit God offered.

Repent first and foremost then when you feal led to get baptized. You should get baptized it is an outward public confession to what Jesus has done for you. The verse does not say be baptized for the forgiveness of sin and then repent. What happens if someone never had a chance to get baptized but asked Jesus to forgive them and they sincerely mean it with a whole heart? Will Jesus say I am sorry I know you because you never got baptized; so sorry. What about the 10 virgins that were waiting for the bride groom (Jesus) and 5 ran out of oil (understanding) and had to leave and when they came back it was to late door closed to late.
