When I was six years old I was in a Walgreens and I saw my dad pull up and honk from across the street. I ran out to him between two parked cars and didn't see a car coming from my left. I ran right out in front of it. The man jammed on his brakes but it was way too late. His car didn't screech to a stop for another 15 feet.

And I was not injured. I remember to this day seeing a big chrome headlight and shiny bumper and my arms flew up in the air. I seemingly jumped back out of the way and saw a car door handle, then a rear brake light fly past my view. I landed on my feet and ran to my Dad's truck. On the way I looked back and saw the man driving the car had stopped. His face was cradled in his hands.

Dad yelled at me while he hugged me. I didn't understand how close this was. I also didn't understand something else. My left wrist smelled differently somehow. It smelled sweet; like a fresh sweetness. Not like a perfume and not like soap. More like the smell of spring dirt after a rain or maybe something else. It was like that for years; I can remember it in high school.

It's gone now, but what isn't gone is my belief. I believe an angel grabbed me by my wrist and pulled me out of the way that day. I believe they are real I believe there are a countless number of angels - check out Hebrews 12:22 and I believe they look like us. I believe angels are smarter than us and some can fly though not many have wings like a lot of people think Daniel 9:21. And I think they take an interest in human affairs Luke 15:10.

They also have free will. Some have fallen from grace whose name is Lucifer. Michael was an archangel or a chief prince. Gabriel greeted the earth mother of Christ. These three and thousands upon ten thousands including the sweet smelling one who grabbed my wrist were created before the earth was created Job 38:1-7

So what is it you don't understand about UFO's?

We live in a super natural world my fellow CCr.s That's what I believe. What do you believe about Angels? Have you ever experienced something involving an angel?

I can think of at least 3 instances where God had to either had His hand on us or sent his Angels to protect us. "The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them: Psalm 34:7 "

It must have been angels that carried me
When I was too weak to lift my feet
When I was too blind to clearly see
Heavenly light shined down on me
Love came down and set me free
It must have been angels
He must have sent angels
To watch over me

I havent encountered an angel supernaturally though I do believe they have been protecting me all this time in ways I am not aware of. Why, because Im still alive when I could actually be dead. Doctors used to actually ask me if I wanted to kill myself. (They said they asked this of everyone they gave drugs to...no, it doesnt make sense)

I have also been told by a few people that I am angel myself. ?! Possibly its because angels dont have children themselves but they protect children.

In the Bible they are always announcing births and rescuing children from certain death. I guess its because parents cant always be there for them or they sometimes do stupid things that endanger their own children without even knowing. I do recall my mum said my brother could have drowned in the neighbours swimming pool when dad wasnt watching.

I might have.

About 9 or 10 years ago, I was lost trying to find a bud's house in the hills of Glendale, CA. I made what seemed to me to be an illegal u-turn, and in my mirror I saw a motorcycle cop. I thought, "well crap..."

He asked me something, I forget what. I told him I was lost. He asked me where I was going. I handed him a map printout (this was before cell phone GPSs, or at least before I had one). He said, "Oh, I know where that is. Follow me." I said, "You're not going to give me a ticket?" He said, "No, I understand people get lost around here." I said, "Thanks!" And I followed him.

He drove a bit quickly, but I barely kept up. He stopped and pointed up a street, telling me that was where I needed to go. I asked him again about the ticket, and he repeated his former statement. I had to shake his hand for his kindness, and then he drove off.

It occurred to me later that maybe he wasn't human. I was in sort of a honeymoon period in my relationship with God that summer (2012, I remember now), so I cannot help but wonder...

When I was 13 (1977) and had just gotten saved, I thought once you sin, God takes off. And every time I cursed or did something wrong, I thought my salvation was over.

One day, after asking Christ back into my heart for the I-don't-know-how-manyth-time, I felt a presence with me the entire day. It was like someone was walking with me or just behind me. I felt it even after I had done something I wasn't supposed to do. I told the presence, "Nope, I'm sorry, I sinned. You shouldn't be here." But, it didn't leave until maybe the next day.

Definitely at least twice.
My daughter was thrown from my car when the door swung open. I took her to the ER and after a while they said she had a concussion near a nerve center by her brain and could depart overnight. I had to get back home for my other child and husband. That night I was so worried I couldn't sleep. Awhile later, I don't know if I was asleep or awake, this glowing face came down like a beam and told me 'Don't worry, she's gonna be alright' and then she(?) said it again. This brought such a peace I fell asleep and the next day my girl was bouncing around in ICU.
Another time I used to drive out to my dad's for the weekend once a month, a 45 mile drive. I always said a prayer for angels to be around us and to have no accidents or trouble. I was coming back home with 2 little girls and there is this long barren stretch for about 20 miles. This was in the early 80's before cell phones. So on this long pass the car just goes dead. So I pull over off the freeway and noticed in my rear view mirror someone in a station wagon pulling over with me. A man comes up to my window and says 'do you need help?' and I said my car went dead. He asked where abouts I live and said he could take me there. I looked at my girls and they were shaking their heads 'no'. Then I got the thought if I can't trust my prayers, who am I praying to. So we got in the car and he took us right up to my driveway. I turned around to offer some gas money and he was gone.
So praise God, we would have been stuck there till someone helped us or a traffic cop noticed us🙌🙌🙌

I saw one or a spirit in human form or whatever that was a long time ago when i was admitted into the emergency room, nobody could see him and he was wearing what looked to be a steampunk outfit... He kindof just paced outside my room and the guy next door to me, i think the other guy died because i could hear the doctors and nurses using a defibrilator on him over and over again and after a while it just got silent.

In November of last year i got sick from something and i went in and the hosptal literally tried to kill me after constantly questioning what my religon was so i pretty much avoid them from now on. The whole time i was there during those 3 days i could feel my psyche breaking down with each passing day and i could tangibly see and hear the spirits they had in that place. It turned out that the hospital was known for killing people and it was built in a satanic triangle of some other structures because the church of satan was somewhere in the pentagram lines.... I didn't see any angels in that place but there was much demonic activity and thats not just me being a super christian and trying to sound prudish about peoples indecent activity, no i could literally see, smell, hear and feel things moving along the walls when they would dim the lights on the 3rd floor. There is a spiritual war going on that is unseen and you really have to walk with understanding and stay prayed up especially in these times.

See....
Everyone gets the good ones...and they all have great names too.

And sometimes people hear that beautiful harp music and organs playing.....

My guardian angel's name is "Buck" and instead of harp music it's a banjo. Scares the living daylights out of me too. Instead of heavenly music it's playing Willie Nelson's "On The Road Again " ....I hate country music. It's not pleasant on a banjo especially.

Then there's the whining and complaining.
I asked him why I got him assigned to me...he said something about both of us getting the stink eye from God.

So I asked him what his job was for me...he said he wasn't really sure as God said something blah blah blah and he took a nap while God was talking because he was bored...what little he was awake for the instructions was drowned out by the corn nuts he was munching...and did I want some?

He must have graduated from the same Wing School as Pasquale's guardian angel.

Yes, I've experienced what I believe to be angels in the spiritual and the physical.

When I was 16 my car broke down on the side of the road. An older man was there instantly looking my car and then said he'd give me a ride home. Being that I was a dumb, naive 16 year old I thought all older men were the grandpa type of people and said yes.

As soon as I sat down in the truck I thought "this is the dumbest thing I've ever done in my entire life and I may die. " but I was too embarrassed to tell him I changed my mind. Without realizing it I was praying "get me out of here. Get me out of here. " it's that intense feeling... and God feels it too.

Literally as quick as a dream, there were 2 men outside knocking on the window. Where did they come from? They said "we can fix that. " climbed under the car and fixed in Literally a min. Told me this will at least get me home. Did they know where I lived? Lol I drove away and never thought much about it until I was an adult. I never thought about angels before I experienced one in a dream.

In my dream a God like being approached me. Huge. At least 7 feet, probably taller. Gold crown & hair, skin that sparkled, white robe, pure eyes. The physical part was actually not relevant bc I would have spoken to him normal if the other part wasn't there.

I could feel his feelings and he could feel mine and hear my thoughts and answer in my head. So I thought "what am I feeling" since it was coming from him. He spoke in my head and said "Everylove has its own entity. The love of a parent, child, friend. This is the love of God " I thought "impossible. I know what love is and this isn't it. " so I thought I'll just try to figure it out on my own. But as did I was in a way hypnotized and sorta got lost in his beauty and this feeling he was giving. I could only say "you are beautiful. You are pure." But the Beauty and the purity were feelings themselves. I guess that is what the Bible calls glory and holy. It was like a drug and I could feel multiple feelings at the same time and new feelings I didn't know about.

Oh i was covered in wine, but it appeared as blood. I looked at it and said "I'm not ready yet. " bc I felt like I was so beneath him and not pure enough. (In the dream I didn't realize he was showing me I was covered in Jesus's blood. Another way God shows his love. )

When I said no I felt afraid, but since I could feel his emotions I was feeling 2 at the same time (90% love 10% fear I guess). When I looked at him again though I felt at peace again.

After that experience I barely slept for about 2 weeks. I just had so much energy. I prayed a lot, but the only thing I could say was "Lord your beautiful. Lord your pure. " bc I could feel it. And I thanked him for everything, even small things like movies, music, etc. meant for me bc he brings it all.

Also around that time I found out I needed surgery (Didn't know at the time it was severe and I would have died without it). I yelled at God and screamed in my head "I don't want to! I don't want to!" Over and over. It's funny bc I know he heard me. It seems strange that I would yell at him after that, but i was scared. Fear makes you do weird things. But I never questioned if God loves me after that dream.

Wow! I have never experienced anyting like it. I could image how you must feel being hypnotized by his beauty and pureness, the closest I feel is when I pray it makes me happy and satisfied and the feeling of just staying in his presence is priceless!

Well it will happen. And be prepared bc it happens quickly and out of nowhere. Like someone tapping your shoulder and then it's an angel!

I never really looked into angels. I'm not catholic and we were basically told looking to angels is a sin. But he loved me more than anyone in my life, even my parents. It was impossible not to love him back. It is just reflecting his own love. But it's the love of God.

Also I was told no one today sees angels and that angels only appear when they want you to do something. That was half true bc he did want me to go with him. In any case that's why I didn't even understand what he was. I thought he was a god at the time, but not THE God. I never asked him or he would have told me. I wish i asked for his name. When I woke up I thought he was Jesus. But reflecting back he was an angel. I just wasn't familiar.

Well, I'm hesitant to post this, but I will in order to hopefully bring glory unto God and to increase the faith of others here.

I could share several testimonies of angelic protection, but I'm going to share an example of angelic provision instead.

I need to give a bit of background information before getting to the angelic part, so here goes...

Back in November of 2000, my (ex-) wife and I got engaged while visiting different people in Florida. She and her friend who was travelling with her stayed in Florida, and I returned back to where I lived in New Jersey. Then, 3 months later, in February of 2001, I returned to Florida to marry my wife, as we had announced to everyone that we were getting married on February 17, 2001.

Well, A LOT happened during those three months back in New Jersey, and, without going into all of the details, when I arrived in Florida in early February of 2001, I literally had a net worth of .75 cents. Literally. My future wife, her friend, and I went to the beach to pray, and we had to pay a one way toll to get there of .50 cents. That left me with a net worth of .25 cents.

Apparently, our prayers were answered because several different people whom we had never met or heard of before started coming up to me/us and telling me/us things like "God told me to give you this gift card." "God told me to pay for your marriage hall." "God told me to pay for your tuxedo." "God told me to pay for your wedding rings." "God told me pay for your first month's rent on a house." "God told me to buy you beds." "God told me to give you this washer and dryer." Etc., etc., etc. As unbelievable as all of that may sound, it's all true, and they all did.

Well, for the next several months, my wife, her friend (who stayed with us for about 8 months), and I ministered the gospel to a lot of different people with glorious results. People were getting saved, getting water baptized, getting healed, and even getting delivered from demons.

That's the good news.

Here comes the bad news...

Somewhere along the line, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, went south.

People got exceedingly hostile towards us for the gospel's sake.

How hostile?

Well, so hostile that one man literally swerved the box truck that he drove for work across a two lane road as if to cause a head on collision with me and my wife (her friend had left at this point).

I knew that God wanted us to leave Florida because our work there was done and to move back to New Jersey, but my wife didn't want to leave because she was enjoying all of the provisions which God had provided for us.

Well, God eventually got her to change her mind by basically taking everything away from us that he had so graciously provided for us when we were walking in obedience to him and doing his will.

For example, we lost our jobs (we started working after a few weeks there), our phone was shut off (no cellphones back in those days), and we had nothing in our refrigerator or cupboards but a raw onion, some ketchup and mustard, and a bottle of Cremora (a powdered coffee creamer) to sustain us for the last days that we were there.

So, we were in a foreign state with no one to help us, no money, no phone, no food, and just enough gasoline in my gas tank to maybe make one trip to the nearest gas station.

What did I do?

I stayed up for the entire night, and I earnestly prayed for God to send an angel to provide us with enough money somehow to get back to New Jersey (about 1200 miles away). I prayed, and I prayed, and I prayed...only pausing momentarily to open the front door to see if an angel had left anything on our doorstep. Well, as it began to dawn, I looked out our front door, and saw different patches of green which were different in color than the grass on our front lawn. As I stepped outside of the house to look and see what it was, I found $5.00 bills scattered over our front lawn. When I gathered them all and added them together, it provided us with enough money to leave Florida and to make it back to New Jersey.

Did I see an angel leave the money?

No, but I'm beyond confident that one did somehow.

Incidentally, as soon as we got back to New Jersey, God's provision began again immediately.

In fact, our first night back, an incident occurred that literally landed me as the front page headline on a local newspaper, but that's another story for another day.

To God be the glory.

P.S.

I could share an instance where I fully believe that I was visited not only by an angel, but also by the Lord Jesus himself...but that has a sad ending because of my tremendous fear.

Wow, just wow. I have no words.

I heard from Derek Prince' preaching that when we pray God sends his angels to deliver our prayers they are the messengers of God.
I never really thought of it as an actual literal one, but I guess it is literal.

I think in the book of Daniel angels wrestles demons to get to him, that's why prayers are important so they can move, I can't remember the story but I think Michael the arc angel needed to come and fought for Daniel to recieve the message, because the other angels are battling.... Michael is the mighties amongs them who is in charge of Israel.
anyway the story is not so accurate but as i understand to that effect, i have to read and study back that story.

Thanks for sharing this to us.

What you're referring to is found in Daniel chapter 10.

Thanks for sharing this to us.
I've been a combination of grieved and provoked since sharing it.

In other words, as I've been thinking of the times when I really had impactful encounters with God, they were always times of great desperation when I truly sought God with all of my heart because there was simply no other alternative.

I'm grieved because I obviously haven't been desperate enough or else these types of experiences would be much more commonplace.

At the same time, however, I'm provoked to truly seek God more earnestly.

I have the day off from work tomorrow.

My goal is to spend it in earnest prayer.

God knows that I need much more of him, and not just for myself, but also to better minister to others as well.
