Hmmmm... Sunrise, coffee, breakfast, school busses, paydays, grocery stores, clean clothes, hot showers... Sounds like we have truly created paradise for ourselves.
Unless you're the wrong political affiliation...
Or, the wrong religion...
The wrong race...
Or, you were just born in the wrong country...

I'm sorry...
Millions of good God fearing folks are being displaced or killed as we speak, and I can't help feeling like the world has become far too small for such petty grievances. If we have God given dominion over this Earth, and I am my brother's keeper, then shouldn't I feel compelled to stand against such violent interruption? Shouldn't I at least seek out those who agree in prayer? Am I wrong to think that such like-minded brethren would reside here?

Father God, Lord Savior, Holy Spirit...
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven.
Forgive us, we have become far too careless and complacent.

Amen

I cannot remember whether I already posted this or not so I am again if I already have because it may help someone.

About two weeks ago I had a strange dream that I knew was from God but did not quite understand what exactly it was about although I had an idea. In this dream I was in a line of people and I was at the end of the line. One by one these people were walking into the water and it was quickly going over their head and they disappeared into the water yet they seemed to be at peace as they did so. I followed in line but I was quite resistant because I said to myself “ this water is deep and it goes over your head. I may drown because I cannot swim”
I then saw a mirage of God who was in the deep water and he was motioning and saying to me “Come into this deep water because as you do you will see the origin of your problems and issues” then I woke up. I guess he is telling me to come into the deep waters and lose control and in that I will gain freedom of some of the issues and problems I am having. Does anyone else have any thoughts as to what else this may mean?

But whatcha gonna do?
Make war, not love is the prevailing sentiment in today's society.
People want to argue and push their hard doctrine as the truth and if you don't agree, then you are deemed all types of evil.
If you voice protest, you are not bearing fruit of the Spirit, and are ostracized. Who was it that said, "I didn't say all!"?

It sounds like a God dream to me. It confirms to me that you are His. Reading it stirred deep in my heart, "Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you!" He is faithful. Bless you, Ruby.

Wow God is speaking to me. So I had the dream a couple of weeks ago and I have been thinking about it and asked God for its meaning. He seems to talk to me alot in dreams that make no sense to my natural mind and seem to be full of symbolism. I know it is of him but I usually dont know what they mean. Anyways today I felt to share it because it was going to help someone. So I did.

Then I went for my walk tonight, just came back and was listening to a sermon as I walked. The title just caught my attention and I knew I should listen to it so I did. Anyways it kind of talks about my dream. I have copied it at the exact spot if anyone is interested. The whole sermon was good but the spot that I copied kind of explains the dream.

In this "hang-out", Spirit led prayer should be the one thing we all easily agree upon... However, it seems we're far to busy arguing over who God will listen to.

"Drowning in deep water" is right...

I don't see that.
I see His gospel and work moving forward.
He has obligated himself to limit Himself to what we invite Him into.
If we have trouble it is never from His realm, and there are only two realms.

Christian bumper cars...if I get kicked enough (figuratively speaking), there's a good chance that eventually I'm gonna kick back. Oh well!

Ruby, the Lord has impressed this verse on me many times.
"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you go through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched; the flames will not set you ablaze." - Isaiah 43:2

So much for turning the other cheek as He modeled and requires of each of His own?

He has obligated himself to limit Himself to what we invite Him into.
Why would GOD ever LIMIT HIMSELF?
The only limit is in how much human arrogance and pride can be set aside in order to accept the fullness of what God has to offer.
