Forgive me if this is not the correct part of the forum for Bible news:)
Perhaps you’ve already seen this, for those that haven’t I found this very interesting.

This is an abbreviated edit of the story.
Full version: Ancient Hebrew curse tablet found by Katy archaeologist could be proof of older Bible timeline

A tablet containing the words of an ancient Hebrew curse predating the Dead Sea Scrolls has been uncovered and translated by an archaeologist from Katy. The discovery, announced Thursday, could be proof that the Bible is hundreds of years older than scholars previously thought.
The tablet discovered by Stripling’s team was written about 1500 B.C., which would be proof that the Hebrews were writing in the same stylistic and linguistic manners in which the Bible was written.
“We now have the name ‘Yahweh’, the biblical God of Israel, in an inscription dating from (Late Bronze Era II), which is earlier than many skeptics would argue that the Bible existed or that there was even the ability to write down a sacred text,” Stripling said.
The artifact is at least 200 years older than any other Hebrew text in existence – and 1,350 years older than the Dead Sea Scrolls.

huh the pic looks like two bits of bread

Interesting...however old it may be...the scriptures are truly timeless (even when timebound) as they contain eternal truth

Anything found that tries to discredit the Holy Bible must be ignored. I’m skeptical because dark forces will try to deceive the elect… I’m holding fast to my Hy Bible in ignorant bliss.

I watched videos on this- the inscription is kind of hillarious; but also not. I think it was something like:

Cursed, cursed, cursed
You will die cursed by Jehova
By Jehova you will die cursed
Cursed cursed cursed

I'm glad that tablet wasn't written against me!

If this tablet is Pre-exodus; all that means is that it's not an Israelite tablet... then it's probably a Canaanite-hebrew tablet.
The Canaanites knew that the Israelites were coming for them- so this could be them trying to curse Israel OR perhaps the lord raised up a Canaanite prophet to warn them of their demise- and this curse was for the Canaanites when they refusedto repent.
