Did God's forgiveness ever, at any point, apply to angels?

In Genesis 6 we are introduced to the Nephilim (half angel--half human). The Bible never references whether or not they were evil....only that the angels that fathered them were part of the fallen ones. I know it says they were "men of renown." But it seems to imply that they were evil because after they came into being, everything bad starts to happen. However the Bible says nothing about them being angelic....meaning that they had no powers that angels would have. They aren't immortal. They can't fly. It seems like they are human with a human soul.

But we know that God doesn't create anything evil. God allowed the Nephilim to be born. Since they were born like a regular baby, and grew up like a regular human....does God view them differently than a regular human? Does He give them the same chances to repent of their sins? I can't imagine God allowing them to be born evil just because their angelic fathers' were evil. If that were the case, then they never had a choice. Even the angels themselves had a choice to either follow God or fall like Lucifer did. All humans are given a choice as well. This leads me to believe that the Nephilim were NOT created evil. However, I can find no evidence that any of the Nephilim were good.

So ultimately my question is this: Did God judge them differently from regular humans? After reading Ezekiel 18, I believe God judges them the same way he does a regular human. Ezekiel 18 talks specifically about the sins of father and son. I don't see anything about a son being held accountable for the actions of his father. However, it I am still confused because it appeared as if ALL the Nephilim were evil.

Hoping for some ideas on this.

No. In the days of Noah, the Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and
that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time.
This did not happen over night.

These are the race of people called the Nephilim. I don't know that it is fair to list them as those included in the "human race", which would make them possible children of God, or qualifiable to receive an inheritance. The Bible tells us that God is the father of all people, are the Nephilim considered "people." - Jesus was called the Son of God. The Nephilim are also called sons of God. Jesus was made a little lower than the Angles and we can say this same thing about the Sons of God. Therefore, they were like Jesus. But, the Sons of God were not of the ranking of Jesus, nonetheless, they were heavenly spirits placed into earthly bodies just like that of Jesus. So the Sons of God are like Jesus, actual men in human bodies who were able to do all the things that humans can do. So they are angels but with human bodies. What their exact "nature" is, I do not know. If they had a human nature, who were they serving? So far, we have no answers for this.

Thanks for your question. The 'sons of God' in the Bible are true believers. True believers marry non-believers in this case. The non-believers are referred to as the daughters of men. This can pose a problem as true believers will be on a different spiritual path and this can be polluted if non-believers hold sway or influence them. In Ezra chapter 10 we read: "We have trespassed against our God, and have taken strange wives of the people of the land: yet now there is hope in Israel concerning this thing." This is the sort of thing that is being talked about, not weird physical races of persons. Remember how David fought a giant but this was still a person and was a picture of those in spiritual error who oppose God's true believers. See also that the term 'sons of God' means true believers in the Bible: "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:" (John 1:12)

God judged them correctly as the abominations that they are, and God destroyed them all with the flood, along with the wicked women that begat them, and the first round of fallen angels that forsook their realm to consort with women have been thrown into hell and chained with darkness until the end. Powerful and just is the Lord God Savior of Noah.

Giants persisted after the flood into modern times.
Those are not the same as those produced before the Flood. The scriptures are clear, everything on earth died in the flood, and the flood was the judgement of God which overthrew the world before, thank God.

Everything on earth did not die in the flood.
Genesis 7:21-23

21 And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and every man:
22 All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died.
23 And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.

Well, scripture is clear about giants existing after the flood. If not, then how do we reconcile Goliath being a descendant of Anak or of the Anakim. The Rephaim are also giants as well, but in Canaan. The sons of God generally refer to angelic beings in the OT, and these would be angels who did not keep their proper place to mate with the daughters of men.

Genesis 6:1-4 NKJV
1 Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, 2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.

3 And the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.” 4 There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.

Eight people including Noah plus all the animals on the ark were spared.

We find that the Old Testament was written to instruct new testament believers: "Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:" That is why Jesus said: "But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." If the two are the same, as Jesus said, with the Old Testament reference being the same as the coming of the Son of man, do you expect weird hybrid beings part angel and part men prior to Jesus' coming? I don't. First of all, angels in the Bible are referred to as men, and angel simply means 'messenger', a word denoting true believers who are God's messengers. Jesus himself is the chief messenger. Secondly, the term Sons of God is a term denoting true believers. A description of the time period is given in the New Testament: "For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,"

Right, they were on the ark, not the earth. Everything on the earth was blotted out by the hand of God, including the abominable offspring of the fallen angels.

The difference was that the Pre-Flood fallen angels were of higher position which brought forth the Giants, Super Intellectuals and many other abominations.

Satans plan remains the same but with a different twist this time = "Alien Agenda"

What makes you think that pathetic old serpent even has a plan seeing as he is the most foolish creature created?

Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. Genesis 3:1
