One of the reason of the doctrine pre trib rapture is rev 7

On that say there are 144000 people from 12 Israel trib that out from great tribulation
They interpreted as letter not figurative.

To me it is symbolic language.

Roman 2
28 A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. 29 No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.

1. Jews is Christ follower not physical jew

2 Paul wrote a letter to tesalonian which was not Jew about the order what will happen before rapture and second coming

This letter say antichrist reveal than rapture and second coming not all the way around

Remember this letter is to non Jews Christian in tesalonian (2 Tess 2:1-4)

This letter not say that order only for Jews Christian

And if this 2 tes only happen to physical Jews Christian why Paul address this letter to non Jews Christian in tesalonian, it doesn't make sense
