Well, they call it empty. Just means they cannot detect anything there, which does not mean nothing is there.

It brings to mind the Scripture verses about God confounding the wisdom of the wise.

1 Corinthians 3:19-20
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise
in their craftiness”; and again, “The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.”

1 Corinthians 1:20
Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the philosopher
of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?
Or,
Maybe the quickest time on ignore in cc history, but whatever.
I don't have much patience for trolling and I already stated that there's an entire separate forum conspiracy theories.
I posted this to have a conversation about science . the existence or nonexistence of a God doesn't mean science isn't a real thing

what happens if you cross the beams? All life as we know it comes to an end....
They were concerns that it might open a black hole but just judging from what I've been reading into it this thing doesn't generate anywhere near enough energy to create a black hole

Or,

I posted this to have a conversation about science . the existence or nonexistence of a God doesn't mean science isn't a real thing
Does that mean you believe the scientists when they say nothing is there?

Or are you simply incapable of or unwilling to acknowledge that they could be wrong?

What does there being a conspiracy forum have anything to do with what I have said?

Are you trolling me?

1 Corinthians 1:19
For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

Oh yeah, I saw this... In Beast Wars, at the end of season one, the aliens who seeded Earth with life and energon transformed the moon into a giant reflector dish that warmed up the earth to ignite the energon deposits. It was like sterilizing a petri dish. Optimus Primal himself flew up in a retrofit statis pod to blow it up before it could complete the task.

Wait, no... that was one of the two moons. The remaining one was the one we see today.

Hmm... Maybe it's a relic from some OTHER alien race that didn't know the first aliens were also running an experiment here.
No lol...
I mean that these are real facts and latest theories. Not something from a science fiction novel. They set off seismic charges on the moon to study the interior makeup....and it created more questions than it answered. A lot of this has been finally declassified and is available and being discussed.

They believe that the interior has some layer of hydrocarbon in it because of the proliferation of it in the universe itself. We get all wound up thinking that it comes solely from organic material....unfortunately this just isn't true. Hydrogen and carbon are extremely prolific in the universe. Titanium isn't.

Shiva is only solely destroyer in the trimurti or shakta. In other branches of the religion he is creator and destroyer, or sometimes one of five gods.
You seem to be pretty versed in this demonic being!
All we need to know is he destroys, and this demon statue is what CERN chose to put in front of it's facility. I hardly think it appropriate to defend them.

I didn't say YOU are worried about anything. That part was mostly directed at the one who was talking about opening wormholes.
Umm.... Yes you did
You probably don't have to worry too much. I'm fairly sure God won't let them destroy the planet.
But now you mention it... For someone who is not worried at all, you sure are digging deep to try to find reasons to claim a scientific institute is the work of satan.
It's a little weak to use the SAME point someone else made in the very next post.
Psst!!! If it's not of God, who do you think it's from?

Yes I just may eventually figure out what is there. That's kind of the point of science

People used to think diseases were caused by demon possession before anyone knew about germ theory
There was a time when people thought Adams were the smallest thing in the universe because they didn't know about subatomic particles yet.
Just because science updates as new information is learned. That's literally how science

Nah, I just did a quick google to resolve what you said against what I had heard someone else say about shiva. Turns out it depends on which branch of that religion you are part of.

And I'm not defending anybody because there's nobody to defend. Shiva doesn't exist and God needs no defense.

I'm just trying to make the point that you are bending over backward to try to make your point. If you put in a bit more effort you could elevate confirmation bias to an art form.

People used to think diseases were caused by demon possession
Ya mean like this guy? Who people today would just chalk up as having a mental illness?

Jesus Heals a Demon-Possessed Man
5 So they arrived at the other side of the lake, in the region of the Gerasenes.[a] 2 When Jesus climbed out of the boat, a man possessed by an evil[b] spirit came out from the tombs to meet him. 3 This man lived in the burial caves and could no longer be restrained, even with a chain. 4 Whenever he was put into chains and shackles—as he often was—he snapped the chains from his wrists and smashed the shackles. No one was strong enough to subdue him. 5 Day and night he wandered among the burial caves and in the hills, howling and cutting himself with sharp stones.

Or how bout this boy?

Jesus Heals a Demon-Possessed Boy
14 When they returned to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd surrounding them, and some teachers of religious law were arguing with them. 15 When the crowd saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with awe, and they ran to greet him.

16 “What is all this arguing about?” Jesus asked.

17 One of the men in the crowd spoke up and said, “Teacher, I brought my son so you could heal him. He is possessed by an evil spirit that won’t let him talk. 18 And whenever this spirit seizes him, it throws him violently to the ground. Then he foams at the mouth and grinds his teeth and becomes rigid.[a] So I asked your disciples to cast out the evil spirit, but they couldn’t do it.”

19 Jesus said to them,[b] “You faithless people! How long must I be with you? How long must I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.”

20 So they brought the boy. But when the evil spirit saw Jesus, it threw the child into a violent convulsion, and he fell to the ground, writhing and foaming at the mouth.

21 “How long has this been happening?” Jesus asked the boy’s father.

He replied, “Since he was a little boy. 22 The spirit often throws him into the fire or into water, trying to kill him. Have mercy on us and help us, if you can.”

23 “What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.”

24 The father instantly cried out, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!”

25 When Jesus saw that the crowd of onlookers was growing, he rebuked the evil[c] spirit. “Listen, you spirit that makes this boy unable to hear and speak,” he said. “I command you to come out of this child and never enter him again!”

Easy for you to say.
You got to be trolling.
What does it any of this have to do with science figuring things out?
At The risk of being redundant, maybe God gave us intellect to figure these things out?

No, but I say that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God; and I do not want you to become sharers in demons.
Exodus 23
You shall not worship their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their deeds; but you shall utterly overthrow them and break their sacred pillars in pieces.
Revelation 13:15
And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed.

Strawman much?
I'm not convinced that demons are even a thing but that has absolutely zero to do with the topic
Imagine dying of a preventable disease and God is like well duh, what part of the doctor's instructions did you not understand

So... You believe Shiva is a demon? Where, outside the books of the religion that worships Shiva, is this written?

New theory: You live for the thrill of proving people wrong, whatever it takes and however much you have to read into Bible verses.

In the early 2000s, some American scientists were working on a Large hadron collider. Congress ended up pulling funding. Geneva did it for 9 billion
It seems like a lot but it's not really when you have several countries splitting the bill

Yep. They keep thinking they have an answer when they don't.

They claim theories cannot be wrong, and yet they have been.

And that's how science works.

The bird lady who was foxy enough to win Tigertron's heart.
