Dear Sis,
On my way home today I saw her, and what I felt? I wasn't happy about what I saw. But then, she was acting on what the world had sold out to her; lies...
They've made her believe that to be accepted, to get the attraction she craves, she has to expose flesh; you know... parts that should not be allowed another eye to see. They told her that the more flesh she exposes, the more the longings of those she hope to attract. Afterall they said, 'they can see, but cannot touch.' They've told her that covering up is old-fashioned, afterall 'what was she covering up that the world hadn't had a glimpse of before now?'

Overtime, they might also tell her like they've told many others today, that her skin colour is not the best for her. 'Tone it up!' they say, 'a little more!' they scream, and before you know it, her skin becomes a shadow of what it once was. She would then begin to wonder what went wrong, not knowing that all that 'chemical-filled cream' did to her was affect the structure and look of her skin, as well as told God that 'He made a mistake when putting that skin color on her' meaning that He did a bad work of creating her. How sad.

When you see her sis, see her with the eyes of love, with the eyes of compassion, knowing that if not for God's mercy, that could have been you. There's no need to spite her, that's not who you are. She's gotten enough of that from the world and the wrong idea of who they've made her believe she is, and because they've made her spite her current image, the image God created her in, she's trying so hard to be someone else, someone she might look in the mirror, see in some years to come, and wish someone had warned her against becoming before it became that late.

Tell her the truth from a place of love, from a place of compassion, from a place of wanting her not to have regrets in time to come.
Some of these ones just need the truth laced with love from you and then the journey to their walking the right path becomes a reality. Remember to talk to God about them before you talk to them about it... It'll help. 'What if I'm faced with opposition, defiance, or a reaction that surprises me?' you ask. Well... you've sown the seed, keep praying about it, and let God do the rest.

N.B Ensure that there is a sort of cordial relationship with this person before you approach the person. If you cannot bring yourself to relate in a friendly manner with this person, then... You get what I'm trying to say right?
You can also deliberately cultivate a cordial relationship with this person with the aim of reaching out to her in ways that would positively transform her and help her become a better person.

Above all, be a living example of the impact you're hoping to make on her.

God help you to do this right and bless you as well...
