One of the episodes on Dirty Money focused on Donald Trump: a much more
scathing view than what was presented in the four part docuseries about him.
I started watching Dirty Money because I wanted to see the episode in season 2 called Guardian INC. but it's been reduced for one reason or another to only 5 episodes in season 1 and 2 (so from a total of 12 to only 10). In another episode it talks about Formosa https://www.fpctx.com/ Point Comfort is a little south of Galveston bay where we shrimped when I was a kid. In the photos in the link I gave it looks like Texas is a park or some well groomed resort but(altered photos) what it actually looks like is what they show in Dirty Money, (plastic everywhere, garbage, pollution foam collected around the shores ect.) and which is why I often talk about it in some of my older post. The fish consumption warnings are for real (don't eat anything caught in these waters) their trying to sell in the stores https://tpwd.texas.gov/regulations/...ulations/fish-consumption-bans-and-advisories The next link is how to view it on a map https://www.dshs.texas.gov/seafood/TFCAV.aspx Anyway Formosa is only one company that does this if you look at the Texas rivers and then the pollution and consumption bans. In short the politicians don't believe in global warming or that mans pollution has any impact on the environment and entice companies to move here because of relaxed restrictions.

Me too I was wanting to watch it because a few of the members of my family have said that after their parents passed away they took the property(land house) and other assets that were willed to them to repay Medicare because they signed up for part C,D,ect. it's called "estate recovery" ... https://www.hhs.texas.gov/regulations/legal-information/your-guide-medicaid-estate-recovery-program each state's different though look up yours...

I live in Canada :)

The episode "Drug Short" on Valeant was very interesting...

imdb synopsis:
Wall Street short-sellers expose a scam that regulators overlook:
how Big Pharma gouges patients in need of life-saving drugs.

Top review:
Martin Shkreli may be the most hated man in America but this episode unmasks the real villains behind the scenes.
Very well researched and shows you how easy it is to manipulate even the noblest of things for monetary gains.

We are going to watch all the ones they still show(my wife knows the ones we did and didn't watch) she keeps track because we watched several mini series and then waited and waited for the next season Skyline was a bummer because it took off real slow and from one episode to the next began to explain what was happening and just as it began to get good,,,they canceled it....so who are they aliens? are they from the future? then it's like "ahhh I watched 8 episodes and you canceled it?".... So we started looking to see if they ended it or if it got canceled first, lol . Documentaries though never really end other than from episode to episode so any episode we have missed is complete.

I do wonder if it's sensible to spend tax money supporting Israeli weapons programs if they just end up giving them to one of the most anti-democracy, anti-religious, anti-Western states in the entire world. I mean, Israel is the only non-authoritarian country in the entire Middle East, and should probably be supported in some fashion or other for that reason alone, but at least make such support conditional on not giving away technology to authoritarian China, who spend billions creating mass hysteria in the West and generally just attacking free polities everywhere they exist around the world.
