Maybe he wouldn't be such a good one to put in the, "Would you kiss this face" frog thread then.

The guy ended up in the Psychopathic Hospital prison. But at least he got to keep his pet and have free entertainment.

Was it a mental institute? I thought it was a prison. But it's been decades since I saw it.

He didn't look all that happy about the free entertainment though.
