She is in a surprisingly tough campaign, NYC is threatening to vote her out over minor issues like her kicking Amazon out of the city when they would have hired people, the fact that inflation is making it hard for 18% of NYers to buy food, and of course the racists are upset about crime taking over the city and the chicken little's are afraid of Nuclear war with Russia and the fact that NY is putting out PSA's about what to do if NY gets nuked. But the kid's a fighter and she found an issue that resonates with some.

What has happened to this country!

Katie Hobbs campaign office was broken into, a petty crime, stole a camera, but she blamed the Republicans, saying it was part of a campaign of fear and intimidation. Now so far this all makes sense, she can't say it was petty crime, it would simply confirm how bad things have gotten and make her look all the worse.

She fed this story to the main stream media and they ran with it. Again, this is all normal and what would be expected. We are two weeks away from the election, this is one of those stories that can cause people thinking of flipping to republicans to think again.

But then, in a single day the story blows up! What has happened to our main stream media? It used to be they could squash much bigger stories. In their heyday your son could be crack head selling access to you to the Chinese and they could squash that story for two months! Katie Hobbs doesn't have dementia! Her best friend wasn't the head of the KKK. This should be a layup compared to what they used to be able to do! What has happened to the main stream media? What has happened to this country?

Conservatives getting mad about the results of a free market

A free market means I can buy sneakers wherever I want for whatever reason I want. Dogs get mad, conservatives get angry.

Skechers are specifically for the middle aged and older crowd. As a rule these are your more conservative people. The free market is about taking care of your customer base.

Conservatives didn't get mad with Facebook, they got angry. In a year Facebook is trading at about 1/4th the stock price it was a year ago. $400 million was chump change to Zuckerberg in the 2020 election, I wonder if he still feels the same now.

No, more like annoyed that they are doing this to West but have allowed others to get away with the same thing. I think you know how strong I am on Israel. So I don't agree with what he said in any way. But Whoopi still has her job, Nick Cannon, Farrakan is still on Twitter, well maybe not now. Either way, hold everyone to the same standard and cancel them all, or none.

They are holding them to the same standard, the same standard is whether or not they agree with what they said or did.

I wonder if online voting, in the long run, can prevent vote fraud. You know, if votes are linked to voter id or another national id card, and then properly audited. It's a bit of a novel proposal, and probably the time is not right yet, but maybe it could work one day. Of course, the dems are going to try to cheat. They won't give up their precious "abortion rights" easily.

Just had an idea! If you put a RFID chip inside each persons hand and they had to use that to vote, well that would eliminate voter fraud! Also if you made the network strong enough you could read this chip wherever the person goes and whatever they do, it would really give the government power! Instead of paying to imprison people who disagree with you just use this power to make sure they can't work, they can't buy, they can't sell, treat them like they have leprosy!

Also, since all this will be on the computer it would be a simple thing to compare the moment this person in this district placed their vote with the change in the vote totals at that moment. This way you could quickly identify those with the wrong thinking and over the next two years make sure they never vote again.

Also I think this explains the policies we see today. They are clearly trying to bring on a famine and a nuclear war. When you impose this chip you know there will be some push back from those who are intolerant to being ruled by a satanic overlord, but if there is a famine and those that take the chip get fed and those that don't, don't. Well, you kill two birds with one chip!

No one disagreed. I have no issue with Costco's right to remove a book they don't want to sell, but once they do that I can decide I no longer want anything to do with Costco.

The same goes for Amazon.com, Facebook and all the rest.

CNN has the right to exercise editorial control over what they decide are the important stories.

On the other hand if you do not like the politics of a company by all means don't do business with them. Gone are the days when you avoid politics because Republicans buy sneakers too.

2 years ago CNN, Facebook, Twitter, these companies were giants that you couldn't compete with. No longer. No one listens to CNN. Not only so but new platforms have come along to compete with Facebook and Twitter. It is my sincere prayer that CNN, Facebook and Twitter go the way of Jericho.
