Yes. Do let me know when I become offensive. I will thank you for it someday.

Tim, I do apologize for offending you in a personal way. I do love you. I will try harder to show it. (y)

I am sorry that he did not accept your apology. He should have.

I love trying to defend the doctrine that I believe Jesus taught, and sometimes personality conflicts will kill a thread.

I think that's the intention of some. They enter a discussion and proceed to inject obviously false information knowing Christians will make an effort at correction. Yet not realizing correction will be rejected.
The falsity will continue to be defended.

Progress stops. And a circular behavior ensues. Falsehood.Attempt at correction. Differently worded falsehood. Differently worded effort at correction.

The Bible has been around for generations. That never stops angering the enemy. Is it any wonder he continually tries to inject confusion about it?😞

Is there anything else that is negative toward me that you'd like to "interject?" Go ahead . . . show the world what you're about.

That is why we must ask Jesus into our hearts
Hi brother...
Are you sure we ask Jesus into our rotten hearts ?...I mean , we have to be born again first , then our hearts are changed...Jesus saves who He wants , I do not have the Scripture now , but I will pull it up...Our heart does have to be circumcised first before Jesus will enter through His Holy Spirit...

My Blessed Rosemary,

I expect to be permanently banned soon as these agitators won't relent and the punishment for their negligence will assuredly fall upon my shoulders. So be it.

I'm thankful that I have your email. Will be in touch.

Much respect to you, regenerated friend.

The Bible says that a person is not sealed with the Holy Spirit (born again) until he hears and believes the Gospel (Eph 1:13-14).

John 5:21
For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it.

Thank you for your very kind words, 2ndTimothy :) I sure hope you don't go the way of the dodo! o_O

The Scriptures you have provided to support your point of view can hardly be argued...

I think it comes down to whether or not we have a choice to believe, and how that comes about.

I do not believe in free will, as you may know. Our will is constrained by too many factors to be called free.

And spiritually dead people cannot respond to that which they find foolish, beyond mocking and scoffing in rejection.

Surely God does a work in us before we can respond in the positive/affirmative to His invitation :)

That work is that which we agree on: the circumcision of our hearts :D

Deuteronomy 30:6~ The LORD your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love Him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.

And who leads us into all truth ?...I certainly would not of gone looking for Jesus if God did not send His Holy Spirit to me to bring me to the cross...Thank you for replying...

I do not believe in free will, as you may know.
Do you believe these?

1 Tim 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

2 Pet 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Eze 33:11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

Deut 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

Josh 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

Luke 7:30 But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.

God wants everyone to be saved. You heard the gospel of Jesus Christ, and responded. And when you did, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit.

Yes, I believe it is God's will that we be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth...
that He is not willing for any to perish, that all would come to repentance. Do you believe
all will be saved? That all will repent? Please note: I did not say we do not have a choice.
