This could be a bit of a stinker. And where do you suppose it comes from when you pass gas?

Ur anus launched a 'bubble' 22,000 times larger than Earth into space?
Uranus is unquestionably strange. Rotating with mostly water, methane and ammonia, the seventh planet in the solar system is tilted by 98 degrees, so its magnetic poles take turns directly facing the sun. And its magnetic field is strangely misaligned with the planet's rotation, causing it to move wildly.
In 1986, the world of ice giants got what remains its only visitor from Earth - Voyager 2, which is now more than 18 billion kilometers from Earth but at that time was flying a mere 80,600 kilometers above Uranus' cloudy sky. . As it passed, Voyager 2 heard a strange magnetic whisper, a signal so ephemeral it went unnoticed.
More than three decades later, scientists were delving deep into the venerable spacecraft's data pool, hoping to find scientific mysteries that could help support a return mission to Uranus and its ice giant sibling, Neptune. They discovered this magnetic hiccup and realized that it represented the detection of a mass of electrically excited gas with a width 10 times the circumference of the Earth.
This gigantic bubble was a discarded part of Uranus' atmosphere. While only one has been seen, other gas missiles can also be launched every 17 hours, the time it takes Uranus to complete one rotation.
. Scientists consider the gas bubble to be a plasmoid, a type of structure that was not very well understood at the time of the flyby in January 1986, but which is now incorporated into scientists' concepts.
Plasmoids can extract charged particles from a planet's atmosphere and launch them into space. Scientists remember that changing a planet's atmosphere changes the planet itself. Uranus' situation is even more complex because the planet spins on its side and its magnetic field is tilted by both the axis and the plane in which all the planets lie.
As Voyager 2 flew directly through this plasmoid, scientists could use the archived data to measure the structure, which they believe is about 400,000 kilometers in diameter and could have stretched 204,000 kilometers in length, according to NASA. .

My totally irreverent nature is still strong. Maybe you don't like Unitarianism like I don't like Catholicism. At least I used to not like RC's. This reminded me of South Park and all the irreverence they put into that work. I read somewhere that one of the originators of South Park is or was Mormon. Probably a source of contempt for 'religion'. This video is funny. There was a Mormon at the first AA meeting place I went to and she was anti-Mormon it seemed. Maybe it is natural to be anti whatever religion a person was raised in. At least for a time.
I just found out today that the fellowship I am associating with is Pentecostal. Actually, I was anti religion for many years and now it is nice to be associated with Pentecostalism. I see posts where people change denominations. Possibly due to policy changes or availability of fellowship. Rambling.

It's not that I don't like Unitarians. I don't like their religion as it is kind of like Quanza in that it's a secular alternative to any variety of Christianity. They like to hold to religious practices that might resemble a christian service, but many are atheists, agnostics and even pagans. One church had a regular scheduled service for the pagans. Anyhow, I'm not a fan of the Simpsons and don't think I ever watched a full episode. I just ran across the clip and and the first thought was, This is either Episcopalian or a Unitarian Universalist fellowship. Definitely Unitarian.

So many different groups of Christians. Maybe this is a good thing. In AA the way new groups start is over some disagreement and this seems to be the situation with Christianity. In AA we would say to any that wanted to start a new group, 'get a coffee pot and guru yourself'. So, this splitting off in AA means growth. Prior to the 15th century it seems RCC in the West was it. Then it may have been 'Scholasticism' and 'Humanism' that possibly started in the 13th century which influenced the reformation. Then divisions were possibly based more on some 'political' ideology' which was likely embraced by groups seeking 'safety' and 'security'.

Unitarians are going to wake up in hell someday that they don't even believe exists.
Atheists are going to hell.
Agnostics are going to be judged by a God that they don't care to know.
Pagans might be surprised that they won't end up in Valhalla.
None of the groups that I mentioned have anything to do with Christianity. They have not chosen the Savior by placing faith in Him alone.
How could any of that be a good thing?

Does this group claim to be Christian? I probably came across them since I've been searching but don't recall. Will google them too. Switch to Presbyterians! Seem to be way too liberal. Almost sure they have allowed homosexuals even in ministry for many years. I didn't pay attention to religion in 80's and 90's but I think an AA club in Pasadena, Ca. was run by a Presbyterian couple. The woman was very pleasant but hubby was almost obnoxious. So what!!

Just seems there was some stronger religious influence at that club. But then one guy that seemed pleasant was murdered by his thirteen-year-old daughter and friend and they tried burning the corpse. Then there was a homosexual guy that would disrupt meetings by cussing everyone out, calling us Christian MF's and etc... I talked to him nicely and he was totally peeved cause he was HIV and going to die soon, or so he thought. And claimed he was 'coerced' to be gay!!!

So, this club if the guy running it was Presbyterian and somehow soliciting for seriously problematic cases other than alcohol and somehow associated with the Presbyterian 'church' which may be possible now that I think about it, may say something, don't know what, if good or bad, about Presbyterian 'church'. Nice big building in nice location, and probably high rent. Must have funding?

Glad to hear you call them as you see them and hope to hear what you think if anything, on this post. Matter of fact, this is the place, almost sure where I was hanging with a couple of lesbians for a while, and they were a very 'dark' and 'troubled' pair. Spooky as in scary.
