Hi there!
I requested for prayer when I had my lung lobectomy on 27 November and PRAISE GOD that everything went well! I still can't believe that when I opened my eyes after regaining consciousness (approx 2-3 hours after surgery), I didn't feel like I had been through any trauma at all (even after the morphine effects wore off!). I spent 2 nights in ICU without morphine (my choice!) and had my lung-draining tubes removed on 30 November. I could have been discharged on 1 December, but chose to relax for 2 nights in a general ward. It's now 10 days after 10cm was removed (bottom right lung lobe was removed) and I'm walking around 5 km every day! The biopsy showed that I have Stage 2B Cancer and I have to undergo 3 months of chemo from Jan to March next year, just to make sure that there is no further trace of the cancer. I'm looking forward to that because I can testify that God is really with me and guiding me through these times that others would call stressful, but which I choose to call AN OPPORTUNITY TO GLORIFY GOD to others and show His miraculous working in my life! Please continue to keep me in your prayers and STAY BLESSED! Feel the LOVE!
