Matthew 18:21-22 KJV
Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?
22
Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

Howdy Underwhosewings and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately patience is learned. It is not an act of will, something you can summon with no experience. That's why when you pray for patience, you get trials to teach you patience.

That's also why (some) elderly people have more patience than (most) young people. They have had a lot of lessons in learning patience.

Yes. I used to think I was very patient. In my older years, now people thank me for being patient 😅

Amen

Romans 5:3 KJV
And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that **tribulation worketh patience;**

At this point we should have the humility to own up to our “trespass/fault.”
Then we will reach the desired outcome.

Matthew 18:15 KJV
Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
