Our Protestant Churches in the USA are currently suffering from a severe decline in membership. And that decline isn't abating. These churches were the backbone of Christianity teaching, worship services, and family life for a couple of hundred years. Now, it looks like they may not be around much longer, if their decline continues.

The Mainline Protestant church is dying. Church leaders have known this for decades.:

A similar decline is happening in the Catholic Church. Sad, isn't it? Hopefully the Mainlines and Catholics get more members in the future. The non-denominationals and nones are eating up the population.

Jesus is God, so he probably has that information right now. As soon as he rose into heaven, he got that information. I think he is kinda disappointed in us, but we all have a choice for redemption. God loves all of us and wants the best for us when we return to his Kingdom.

Disagree, I'll bet a bag of White Castles that everything's running right on Schedule, in Budget, and has been since Genesis 1:1. There haven't been any surprises at all, and it'll all wrap up as planned.

Whew, White Castle. Haven't seen that place in ages, and have never set foot in one. Too greasy for me. ;) I bet a Culver's Concrete Mixer that Jesus will not return in 2026 or April 2033 and instead return on a date between now and 2026, between those, or most likely after those ones.

The kingdom of God is like any kingdom in many respects. A kingdom exists wherever the subjects of the kingdom assent to be ruled. Nations sometimes do this through intimidation and force. God's kingdom rule is by choice but is sometimes hastened by chastisement.
The biggest difference is that we are born into an earthly kingdom. We must be born again to enter God's kingdom.

Yep, we must accept Jesus into our hearts. At least our King is benevolent, and not a despot like many earthly ones.

Isn't is just enough to profess Jesus as our Lord and Savior and nothing more, and we shall be saved? Why would we need to do anything more than that?

What's special about 2039? The mainline churches sabotaged themselves by departing from the true Gospel and sound Bible doctrine.

Thankfully God is never without a faithful remnant of those who will not bow the knee.

As far as I'm aware, the healthy churches that faithfully preach the scripture are doing fine.

And anyone who seeks the gospel can easily find it.

I don't know what else there is to say.
