What is this post suppose to mean?
I posted that verse because i did not like the way/ the words the whole idea of what the video was teaching. Christ is building His Church. Seems to me that video was adding much speculation to the Word.
I watched the video, listening to him i will not bother to watch another of his teachings. Not objecting to Rev 12:1 but objecting to what he draws from it. I thought it was way over done. Jesus is building His church.

I think i will do some simple research on the man.

If you are in Christ, you are not a heathen, you are a child of God. If you are not in Christ, you are a heathen. This is regardless of nationality or lineage or heritage or ethnicity.

Strong's defines gentile as a heathen we are not heathens.
But why are you stuck on Strong's definition? Anyone who is not from one of the twelve tribes of Israel is a Gentile. That has no bearing on the position of the children of God within the family of God. And as far as God is concerned there is neither Jew nor Gentile in the Body of Christ. So just ignore Strong in this case.

It doesn't bother me if someone uses the word Gentile in referring to a nation, or ethnic group of believers.
Acts 21:25
As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.
But as whole I see that we who are believers we're adopted as sons and daughters into God's family of believers.
Romans 8:15
For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

Back in the day jews referred to gentiles as GOD fearers.
Also the outer court of the temple was for such people, after in which in the local synagogues where paul preached on his journeys the gentiles sat upstairs in these places.
The preaching of GODs word and of CHRIST were in these local synagogues in the early days.
The church as we call it was not and is not a building.
The upper room in acts is believed to be the room above the place where king david was layed to rest.
Both christians and jews suffered during the 70 ad advent.
The seperation of jew and gentiles were never suppose to happen but because of the Pharisees of the day whom Jesus himself argued with and the constant discourse between both soon took affect.

Sure. Strong's is a good Bible study tool. But it does not trump the Bible. Strong's translates the same Hebrew word -- goyim -- for both "heathen" and "Gentile" and what it means (according to Strong's) is "usually of non-Hebrew people". So anyone not descended from Jacob (the twelve tribes of Israel) is a Gentile. But as I said in the eyes of God there is neither Jew nor Gentile in the Body of Christ (the Church). And keep in mind that there are Gentiles in the lineage of Christ.

What is this post suppose to mean?
I think it’s just a quote from prophecy that explains what happened with israels covenant and why it was broken

remember this when he gave them the law ?

“See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; in that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭30:15-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

they chose the latter and fulfilled the curse it was either or if you obey you’ll be blessed in the land , if you don’t obey and turn away and worship other gods you will be utterly destroyed from the land

The old covenant is based upon what the law said to them not what Jesus promised us in the new testsment Christian’s look back and think israel had an unconditional promosed covenant but they didn’t they had a strict law that had to be observed perfectly that offered either blessing or a curse based upon tier own deeds alone how they acted under the law ups determine thier end and the manner of their covenant it could be good or evil a blessing or curse life or death based on thier actions

“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭30:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

They could choose life or death blessing or cursing based on if they kept the entire law

“See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭30:15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The law isn’t Abraham’s covenant it’s the children of Israel’s covenant it’s like ishmael it was born first but the second is the chosen the first son of Abraham was cast out of his house and didn’t receive any inheritance from Abraham only the promised seed receives the entire inheritance

that’s an allegory for the two covenants one came first but was cast out when the second came just like ishmael was born first but cast out when Isaac was born so he couldnt inherit from Abraham

Abraham’s two sons allegorically represent the old and new covenants

“For it is written, that Abraham had two sons,

the one by a bondmaid,( ishmael born to Hagar )

the other by a freewoman.( Isaac born to Sarah by Gods promise )

But he who was of the bondwoman ( ishmael old covenant ) was born after the flesh;

but he of the freewoman was by promise. ( Isaac new covenant )

Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants;

the one from the mount Sinai, ( old covenant through Moses ) which gendereth to bondage, which is Hagar . For this hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, ( earthly Jerusalem ) and is in bondage with her children.

But Jerusalem which is above( heavenly Jerusalem ) is free, which is the mother of us all.

Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: ( old covenant from Sinai ) for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. ( old covenant doesn’t inherit what the new does )

So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, ( old covenant ) but of the free.”( new covenant )
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭4:22-26, 30-31‬ ‭KJV‬‬

when you read about ishmael and isaacs life it becomes the best allegory one has ever been told and makes perfect sense and helps us understand the two covenants

The idea is Paul is telling us we aren’t born from the law we’re born from the gospel , we don’t have the laws rewards of a land on this earth , we have the gospels promise of a new heaven and new earth where no sin will ever exist but only everlasting righteousness

The covenant made at Sinai ruled the entire Old Testament because it was either a blessing g or curse you see Israel prosper when they are obedient for a generation or two and then you see then suffer terrible cirses and terrible slaughters and evils befall then when they turn against the lord and worship false gods

That’s really throughout the Old Testament eventually God promised because they had broken and defiles his covenant he would send Jesus to call them to repentance as a last chance for Israel’s covenant to be saved they rejected and killed him accusing him by Moses law that was the final straw the murder of Jesus

How about this division?:

1Co_10:32 "Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God (neither in here)"?

Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
Gal 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise
Are we as the Scripture says heirs according to the promise? We in Christ are what?

Great question!: The saints in this Current Dispensation of Grace, are:

“chosen” vessels, children (of Light), heirs, joint-heirs, soldiers, ambassadors,
beloved brethren, standers, walkers, runners, workers, co-laborers with God,
and students of The Word Of Truth. (Romans - Philemon)

Amen?

There is no scripture that tells us that our salvation depends on who our parents are. even our adopted parents.

Our salvation depends on our faith, not on our parentage.

His "saints" in this Current Dispensation of Grace, are individuals, whom God "Calls":

“chosen” vessels, children (of Light), heirs, joint-heirs, soldiers, ambassadors,
beloved brethren, standers, walkers, runners, workers, co-laborers with God,
and students of The Word Of Truth. (Romans - Philemon)
Precious friends, I apologize for having overlooked this
[ guess we all should mature some after being ]:

"babes In Christ", eh?

extras found:

"dearly beloved, brethren beloved, beloved Of God,
brethren beloved of The Lord, faithful brethren"

"partakers of [ Paul's God-Given ] Grace, partakers of the benefit,
the elect Of God"

"members Of Christ, members of His Body, of His Flesh, and of His Bones,
members one of another"

"dear children, children of the day, children Of God, children Of The Living God"

"sons Of God, sons and daughters Of The Lord God Almighty!"
-----------------
Precious friends, Such A Wonderful Abba Father "Calling" us
[ "the Called Of Jesus Christ" ] all these "wonderful names," eh?

See all my member "brothers and sisters" in God's Great GloryLand! ♫ 😇 ↑

Amen.

The church
  • The church is called the body of Christ because Christ is the head of the church and we are called to do the work of Christ, each like members of a body. We have different skills, purposes, and spiritual gifts, yet
  • 1 Corinthians 12:12-31 - For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. (Read More...)

Romans 12:4-5 - For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: (Read More...)

1 Corinthians 12:27-31 - Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. (Read More...)

Ephesians 4:16 - From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Colossians 1:18 - And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Colossians 3:14-16 - And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. (Read More...)

Ephesians 1:20-23 - Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, (Read More...)

Ephesians 3:6 - That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

Colossians 2:18-19 - Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, (Read More...)

1 Corinthians 1:10 - Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

Matthew 28:18-20 - And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. (Read More...)

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 - What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? (Read More...)

1 Corinthians 6:15-17 - Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. (Read More...)

Ephesians 2:11-18 - Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; (Read More...)

Ephesians 5:23-30 - For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. (Read More...)

1 Corinthians 1:10-17 - Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. (Read More...)

  • every believer is equally important to the full functioning, mission, and efficacy of the church.
Scripture tells us who/what the "body of Christ" is, and I'll go with Scripture,

Hi Beckie.. SIS! I will make this short. I watched ONEFORISRAEL and cried like a baby at all the story after story of Jewish people finding Christ but I started to get really upset at some saying "those Christians have my God". Well what is He to me then? On loan? The left overs? I know after all these years haha. So before bed I pictured a Jewish person sitting to my left and Jesus in front of us. Now out of everything I could picture for the life of me I could not at that moment picture Him. That just really confused me so I just pictured colors. I didn't expect anything. I said "please tell me you love me just as much as you love him"

Its ok if no one believes this but I will never ever forget this. It came to life. This hand comes down with the most beautiful dark yet light brown tree. I have never in my life seen a tree with so many branches, each one in the shape like a "U". He puts it between us and says "show me a branch that was not originally of the vine. I am the vine you are the branches".

HAHA man it took me a good year or more to figure out..what branch was originally of the vine? No clue.. never heard of that in my life. Look how HE said "I love you just as much". I still "guess" Jewish people are the original branches. Yet for some I am guessing "its right there in His book".

So if anyone can tell what branch was originally there verse grafted in.. go for it. As Isaac was I am a child of promise. Just after He freed them said to the effect "if there is any A foreigner living among you. Treat them as if they were born of you" Lev 19:34 "The stranger who dwells among you shall be to you as one born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God. "

He has never changed. So YES we should call and see our self as He already has
