Since same sex "marriage" was legalised in Australia, we've had terrible drought, record high temperatures, COVID, deadly bushfires and catastrophic floods. Suicide rates are on the rise, as is drug use. Australia's economy has tanked, homelessness is a problem for even working households, and governments have no answers.

I do not believe these problems are coincidental. (Romans 1:18)

Didn't see that coming.o_O Do you think it's true or just more fear mongering from the GW front?

You don't see tops in the toy section anymore but remembering back... when it was first spun it spun much like a gyroscope on it's axis but when it began to loose it's spin it began to wobble and would dart off to the left or right but you never knew which direction it was going to go. That's why I think many see things like global warming with skepticism in that they ask themselves how there can be global warming when arctic fronts have been pushing 15 degree weather down to places like the Texas/Mexico border. The issue is in that instead of spinning tight around the poles it is wobbling and so cold air is going farther south than is normal, mixing with warmer air and taking that warmer air back north to the poles. The article you gave is explaining this or trying to anyway...

From what I remember our planet was set askew on its axis in the first place. In other words the planet wasn't sitting perfectly upright or vertical .

Then, years ago in 2011 there was that awesome earthquake in Japan that was so strong it altered Earth's axis by a few degrees. Which doesn't seem like much but is when talking about a planet.

Recently in Turkey another quake hit and devastated the country. I wonder if that too altered the axis yet again?

In any case as I recall the weather that the sciences is calling signs of global warming all seemed to change shortly after that 2011 quake.
