Yes, it used to be we would have stories of people being charged with crimes and being convicted of crimes, now all we get are stories about how behind the scenes so much is going on and perhaps a few people are resigning or no longer running for office.

I have no doubt that there is a struggle going on behind the scenes, and I suspect this balloon is an example of how the deep state has been cut off from NSA intelligence and so has to try and keep up with this technique.

You can have a FAST PLAN - if you are WILLING to ACCEPT ALL THE COSTS (to include CASUALTIES) - at the expense that You ACCEPT that it will NOT be a GOOD PLAN...
OR
You can have a GOOD PLAN at an OPTIMAL COST (minimal Casualties and Affordable Resourcing with Return on Investment) - BUT it WILL NOT BE FAST!!!
