Today was laundry day. Typically, I do it every 2 weeks.

As stated, in earlier posts, I don't bother to separate anything, besides, I don't have any whites to separate. Who has the time for all of that drama? Of course, I have learned that whites can be other colors beside actually being white. It's complicated, I am perplexed. Feel a headache coming on.

Lately, I have been practicing my folding skills, pants, and T-shirts, and long-sleeved sweatshirts. Whatever folding skill I previously developed seem to be in rapid decline.

For a while, I thought about ironing my jeans and maybe the T-shirts but never got around to it. After folding my T-shirts today, I noticed that they looked kinda lumpy, and could possibly use some ironing. The truth is, I never bothered to learn how. Perhaps I will put learning to iron on my goal list to accomplish for 2023. It's a very short list for sure.

My wife has offered to do my wash as she has done in previous years, but what's the fun in that? What's fun anyway?

Seriously.
The key is to fold them while they are still warm, to get the ironed effect, I mean. That might be fun, catching the dryer before it buzzes, or before your clothes get burned? That's probably causing the lumpiness. Fold the jeans to profile with the seams in frontview so the crease in front when you put them on, and fold the tees and sweaters in frontview at the shoulder seam. Also, folding fitted a sheet so that you can't tell them apart from flat sheet is fun.
And...
you mean funny teehee and not funny yoohoo, right?

I'm basically in amatuer when it comes to folding clothes. I am going to strive to improve my folding skills. Thank you for your advice. I will take it to heart. Clothes smell good though, must be the scent beads I use. I'm big on Oxi-clean too. Gonna have loads of fun next laundry day.

I also love Oxi-clean and not even a master clothes folder can learn too much. I'll will check into those scent beads, thank you!

I buck the trend of online everything, and trying to use my phone for posting is extremely challenging.
I don't understand how people can do it on a regular basis. I do find the mic on the phone handy
if I have a lot to say to someone, but that is usually only in PMs. You have probably noticed that
most of my posts are fairly short and to-the-point. Say, is there a Scripture verse you or Darlene
would like to see a panel of? I feel a need to start a new one, but have no particular verse in mind.
It is usually best to get the verse situated early on in the design process
.:D
My favorite chapter in the Bible is Psalm 91 so you could pick any verse out of there and panel for me....Thanks.

You are welcome, Darlene, and thank you for your timely suggestion, as I am very much nearing 'finished' working on the panel Jerry supplied the verse for :D I have made more adjustments to it since post 543... would you mind giving your opinion on whether you think the eyes are better in this one? Heh, one of my co-workers is quite critical of my work; she thinks some of it is very much "out there," and we crack ourselves up laughing together over some of the things she has to say, but I do appreciate her feedback, as I have made improvements to some panels that I wasn't quite happy about some aspect of, and her critique did help, and I am always pleasantly surprised when she says, oh, I like that one :) Bob used to help me identify things I'd missed or forgotten to alter, but I rarely hear from him any more, and sadly he has been losing his sight, also.

I only have one verse from Psalm 91 as part of a panel that is more dedicated to a Romans panel,
so I shall diligently search out Psalm 91 to find what would seem to suit a panel best :D

Romans 8:38-39 + Psalm 91:11
:)

I like them both but I think I prefer the first one (eyes) better than this one.

Speaking of which, major OOPS! I must have Psalm 119 on the brain, because I know I quoted
Psalm 91 for the panel, but gave the wrong verse citation, which I have now fixed

Very good verses all around. :)

Both Psalm 91 and 119 are favorites of ours.

In keeping with the spirit of doing laundry...

Revelation 22:14
Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and may enter by the gates into the city.
