friends and family, will you please pray for my sister, and my niece and her children?

it's a complicated story which i'll spare you, but if you'll pray for my niece's salvation and the welfare of her son and yet to be born daughter i will be so grateful. my sister just plain needs help. may the God of mercies assist her in a very traumatic situation.

i want to acknowledge my gratitude to each and every one of you, and Tab, this brought tears to my eyes.

my little 17 month old grand-nephew was rushed to the hospital, where it was discovered he had both cocaine and fentanyl in his system. praise be to God, though all the doctors said he shouldn't have lived, in the providence of Almighty God, he did live. this little one has been removed from his parents, and his grandma, my sister, is his guardian. my sister is a widow in her 60s, and she feels unequal to the task of permanently raising the baby, and perhaps his little sister, due May 1.

i have a grandson the same age as my grand-nephew, and when i look at our baby John my heart breaks for this child now in my sister's care, and for his lost parents.
oh, Lord God, please be merciful to this family; please bring these lost young parents to Christ; please strengthen my beloved sister, and give her grace to this task you've entrusted her with, for Jesus' sake.
