What both Adams gave up to be with their bride.

1. Their dominion over the earth
2. Their perfect living environment
3. Their sinlessness, the last Adam became sin for us
4. Their relationship with the Father
5. Their life, They both would face death to be with their bride

Romans 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
What they didn't share...

1. An ability to defeat sin
2. Committing sin
3. Choosing anyone before God
4. Cursing the human race

It's beyond me how sin can ever be countenanced as anything other than destructive.

Agree, what the first Adam was not capable of, the second Adam accomplished. Question, how was Adam’s sin different than anyone else and made him a type of Jesus Christ?

What made Adam our representative is that God chose him to represent us. It had nothing to do with sin.

They were corrupted before they sinned with the help of the serpent who questioned God's motive for His commandment and encouraged their motivation for self instead of love, trust, and obedience to God.
Answer to #1 : True
Jesus erased our sins, but we still need to be perfected by the Father's Holy Spirit in order to be accepted into heaven.
Answer to #2 : False
Answer to #3 : True
Jesus paid the price for all sins of all people.

We do not need to be perfected by the Holy Spirit, since we are in Christ, who is perfect. Does He need to be perfected?

True. Even so it is hard to fathom his motivation. Did Adam suddenly become stupid? He had absolutely every privilege that God could give a man, plus an entire orchard of delectable fruit trees, plus a beautiful wife given to him personally by God (and little or no work in keeping the Garden shipshape). Yet he behaved like an idiot.

brother it’s the very first false doctrine

adams motivation came from the same thing eves did the false doctrine that changed their thinking from what God had actually said about the fruit , over to what the serpent said about the fruit.

came from the serpent to eve , then Was spread to Adam.

“Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? ( what did God say about the trees again ?)

And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: ( just what God said )but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. ( also what God said plus a new and wise policy dont even touch it if they stick to this faith in their kind and heart they would never eat the fruit )

And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: ( don’t believe Gods warning about the consequence it’s not true )

for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. ( the fruit is actually beneficial and God knows that )

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, ( her mind now has changed from its poison we will die if we touch or eat it )

and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, ( she’s now really looking at how pretty it is because she thinks it’s going to make her wise the result of this mind twist and deception )

she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. ( this isn’t a suicide pact it’s a result of the deception and lie being received into thier minds serpent to eve and eve to Adam )

And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.( now they see ashamed before they weren’t )

And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God ( now they are hiding from God in shame and guilt and fear before they were not ashamed or afraid of his presence ) amongst the trees of the garden.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:1-8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

what went wrong was they should have believed what God who created them in his image and blessed them and gave the The earth , said

and rejected what the serpent said about the fruit. Explaining God lied and it would t hurt then but help them. But eve listened to the serpent , and Adam then listened to eve.

It appears like they are both standing side by side here

“she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”

but as you read on you see what happened better

“And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; ( Adam is blamed by god because Adam is the one given dominion and rule eve was made from Adam then ) in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬
The lie came into eve and corrupted her mind and she ate the fruit , then she said to Adam the same message and also probably said “ I ate some and I’m fine and now I really see a lot of things I didn’t before

Its why false doctrine all through the Bible we’re earned can destroy people and lead them away from God it’s always been that way the thing that redeems the mind and beret is the truth

We all stand before God alone. He will hold us accountable for what we've alone done.
Amen true we are coming to the judgements of Jesus Christ the judge

“And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭10:42‬ ‭

“For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:22, 24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Just Some of his words that save us if we hear and heed them

Judge not, that ye be not judged.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:1-2‬ ‭

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged:

condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned:

forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall be given into your bosom.

For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:35-38‬ ‭

“And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭11:25-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy;

and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.”
‭‭James‬ ‭2:12-13‬ ‭

many things a Christian learns but the first thing we should press into is forgivness for others who trespass against us , not holding grudges , showing mercy towards others in need when we can help always in Jesus name

because of the judgements he gave us beforehand in the gospel to repent and believe and be delivered at judgement because we repented and accepted his judgements that promise life by the judges words himself

No, I am not a universalist, which is someone who believes that all human beings will ultimately be saved and restored to a right relationship with God. I believe what the Bible says...

"For this is the way God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through him. The one who believes in him is not condemned. The one who does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God." John 3:16-18

Again (with emphasis), We (Christians) do not need to be perfected by the Holy Spirit, since we are in Christ, who is perfect. Does He need to be perfected?

Now, try understanding instead of jumping to false conclusions!

There is no biblical basis for suggesting that (a) Adam received any instruction from the serpent directly or indirectly, and (b) that Adam was deceived, when the Bible plainly tells us that Adam was NOT deceived.

1. When Adam sinned, his mind, heart, and will were corrupted.

2. Jesus has met every requirement of God for those who are saved.

3. All that are given to Jesus by the Father will come to Him and receive eternal life.

I know how tempting it is to add explanations. Please refrain. I understand that apart from being able to give an explanation some may not want to participate. Perfectly understandable.

My answers are:
1. True
2. True
3. True
You are correct as I understand God's word: 1, 2 & 3 are correct.... all TRUE I see no way to biblically deny those three points.

No, Adam's words belie that. He was in it for himself and not for Eve.

If Adam really did make that sacrifice to be with Eve, he would have not tried to blame Eve at all for his partaking of the fruit, but rather taking the blame himself.

Also notice something else!

Check out his words again to God....

Genesis 3:

11 And he [God] said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?”

12 The man said, “The woman YOU put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.”

Adam tried to actually low-key blame God Himself!

As if to say, "Well, Lord, if YOU hadn't given me this person, then none of this would have happened."

So yeah, this is one of the reasons why the first sin was attributed to him and not to Eve.
For sure, Adam tried to blame Eve but even worse, he tried to throw it back into God's lap. Eve put the blame where it ultimately belongs--on the deceiver, that serpant of old!

Doesn't this sum up human nature very well. When we make bad choices and sin, the natural tendency is to rationalize

Doesn't this sum up human nature very well. When we make bad choices and sin, the natural tendency is to rationalize

and justify our behavior/actions? Then, the next step is to shift the blame elsewhere.

We made the wrong choice back then, and we still make that same wrong choice of partaking of that forbidden fruit today. So appealing yet so deadly, too.

Thank the Lord for grace and forgiveness!

really they were just honest about what happened , they just told God what had happened when he found out they ate the fruit adam said this

“And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:12‬ ‭

this is what happened

“And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

eve said this

“And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

And this is what happened

“Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

…And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, ( he’s deceived her mind now she’s seeing differently , God told them it’s deadly not good for food )and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:1, 4-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

really they are just telling the truth explaining what happened it reflects well in a lesson not about who’s fault it was but that each of us is accountable for what we have done and will do and the dire consequences of sin ( hearing what God said and then choosing what the enemy says that is contrary )

“And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; in the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:14, 16-17, 19, 24‬ ‭

now mankind will die and thier relationship with God is fractured and in need of reconciliation and atonement
