DHS, FBI Imprisoning Christians Now?

Matthew 25:37-40
Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? When did we see You sick or in prison and visit You?’
And the King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me.’
Luke 14:27
And whoever does not carry his cross and follow Me cannot be My disciple.
Wanted to get the word out. Please remember those who are wrongfully imprisoned. I also want to ask, do you feel like you could be in this situation one day and should we expect things like this according to scripture?

He’s in jail (ICE detention) because he overstayed his visa, because he broke the law not because he’s “Christian”. The reason it’s been so long is because he’s appealing an asylum denial (fled from Denmark of all places claiming religious persecution 🤣)
He’s just a con man trying to work the system but don’t worry he’ll be fine, he’ll write a book and go on tour with Todd and Benny

Visa overstay in itself would not prohibit him from seeking asylum on bond, especially since detention of immigrants is not a judicial procedure but is at ICE's discretion. Torben is still detained after being summarily denied bond, despite no evidence and no charges of any dangerous crimes, and the question is does that make sense.
It is also strange that the DHS or FBI would bring up an accusation of smuggling weapons through Mexico only to now say he was arrested because of his visa status.
Coincidentally, Torben is now in jail and not doing, at the same rate, this
