Some people reinterpret the bible to fit their worldview. This is incorrect. A Christian's worldview should come from the bible. Until Evolutionism became widespread, I don't think any Christian reinterpreted the bible to describe a "second creation". The "second creation" is a scientific-ignoramus's attempt to reconcile the supposed evolutionary millions of years with the bible's several thousand year historical account. It fails from a scientific perspective, and a biblical perspective. Those with a little more scriptural and/or scientific knowledge simply rebut the evolutionary belief in millions of years.

The hebrew word for create in genesis means to make out of nothing...(no evolution) God spoke all things into existence.

man’s creation
“And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, ( body of flesh )
and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; ( living spirit from God inside )
and man became a living soul.”
Genesis 2:7 KJV
Mans plight
“And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.”
Genesis 6:3 KJV
man’s demise or un-creation
“Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:
and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”
Ecclesiastes 12:7 KJV
what I’m saying is God created mans body then gave him a portion of his own living spirit mans living spirit has always come from God . When we receive the Holy Spirit he becomes our companion to the spirit already in us through procreation
he doesn’t replace our spirit he redeems our spirit from condemnation the Holy Ghost is god with us with our spirit in us
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:”

man has a spirit which came from god in the beginning it was later corrupted and condemned and needs to be redeemed that’s where the Holy Ghost comes in
“The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, Searching all the inward parts of the belly.”
Proverbs 20:27 KJV
that spirit of life in man came from God it was led astray and corrupted by the forbidden knowledge now our spirit needs to be redeemed by the true knowledge of God not the knowledge of good and evil but what was in
