HereAfter AI is giving mourning families a space to talk with digital replicas of their deceased loved ones in what some are calling an eerie blurring of the lines between fantasy and reality.

Must see: Grieving mother relating to deceased daughter’s false image.

This not healthy! -Ronnie

This is unique, but not the best, in fact, this is kinda scary. AI should be used to help make tasks and chores easier, or save energy, not to resurrect the dead or play God. Also, robots should be used for funny things, like making sarcastic jokes. I found this sarcastic robot yesterday in my recommendations:

Freaky. Like a seance substitute. I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.

I have mixed feelings about it. But honestly... there's not much difference between it and a dream. Although maybe the hope in the dream is it's actually the loved one. Either case the dream must end, and then the disappointment comes in. I would love to hear my loved ones voice though. It may slow down the grieving process though. Idk crazy times.

Brings the Movie, The Sunset Limited, to mind... because mankind goes to great lengths and
will stop at nothing trying to prolong and preserve life... everything but believe in God, that is.

Synopsis: Through a (seemingly) chance encounter, two men of opposing ideologies deliberate
spiritual, philosophical, and profound matters in a New York City apartment.
Tommy Lee Jones
is the atheist who would rather commit suicide than believe, and Samuel Jackson the believer.

Reminds me of a new video game called the ruined king. It's about a king who's wife dies, and he is so desperate to bring her back to life that he starts dealing with dark arts and eventually has to be taken down by the main characters of the game.
