This is my new breakfast I recently started.
It’s a great way to start the day.
Very nourishing.
1/4 cup of oats
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon fake maple syrup or real but more expensive
1 tablespoon pine nuts
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup frozen berries
This is absolutely lovely but it is a bit expensive.
you can make it cheaper ofcourse by excluding a few ingredients such as chia seeds and hemp seeds.
I don’t eat meat so those ingredients give me protein.
