Lord, I pray for the mothers who have lost children and for the children who have lost mothers on this Mother’s Day in the United States. Give them that peace that passeth all understanding and the hope that they will see them again someday. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen

Yeah....
Visited another church today where we tolerated the sermon....it was on mother's day but it was just lame. Then they sang out of the hymnal....

Archaic and arcane seems to be the norm here. Half hearted solos and quartets.

Kinda homesick....where people put forth some sort of effort for God.
