Of course they do, I've read many commentaries on the thoughts of men. They do not properly rightly divide. When you don't separate the two, you have to come up with either works theology or replacement theology. Or, like many do, spiritualize the passages instead of taking them at face value. For instance, Matthew 6 is a Jewish prayer to bring the kingdom to earth. Forgiveness is conditioned on forgiving others. After the cross, our forgiveness is solely based upon the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 6
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
John, please forgive me but i still do not get your point. could you describe briefly the differences of the 2 kingdoms for me please, and add appropriate scriptures, it would help me understand.

Thank you,

Blessings,

Thank you,

God is a spirit, hence, the kingdom of God is the spiritual kingdom that lives within a believer. It is a kingdom of righteousness and holiness. It is not about the physical. The kingdom of God has been offered to the Gentiles by grace through faith.

Heaven is a place created by God. It is the physical kingdom on earth. This kingdom has been promised to Israel with it's Messiah ruling as King. This is good news for the nation of Israel. Israel's kingdom will be restored at the second coming of Christ. The restoration of the kingdom was postponed at the rejection of Israel of their promised Messiah.

Both the kingdon of God and the kingdom of heaven were at hand. Through Jesus, the physical kingdom of Israel and the spiritual kingdom of all men was at hand. After the rejection of Jesus by Israel, the kingdom of heaven was postponed until the second coming of Christ. The spiritual kingdom would be made available to the gentiles.
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Your argument is this is two different gospels and not two men witnessing the same thing with thier own words ?

“Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field: which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.”

Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭13:31-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it? It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.

And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God? It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭13:18-22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Your serious argument is that this is two different things because matthew uses the term kingdom of heaven and Luke and mark us the term kingdom of God ? As if heaven isn’t Gods kingdom ? As if there’s several gospels brother you should re examine what you think and see if it makes sense that Matthew was witnessing Jesus oreschong of one kingdom and like and mark another kingdom because they don’t use the exact same words we don’t either when we talk about something we have seen . We use our own words and explain our own ways we as in mankind

That’s all it is Matthew says kingdom of heaven Luke and mark kingdom of God Paul calls it the kingdom of God , kingdom of Gods dear son , kingdom of light , kingdom of Christ ect he’s not explaining many dofferent kingdoms and gospels but he’s just using his own words like they did there’s just one kingdom jew and gentile and only one salvation

“Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh,… that at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

but now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:11-13, 18-20‬ ‭

“how that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; that the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3:3, 6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

God made Jew and gentile irrelevant when he sent the gospel of the kingdom to all people there’s nothing on hold Jews can be saved right now if they believe in Jesus just like a gentile if they believe in Jesus many Jews have converted to belief in Jesus since the beginning when all the church was former Jews converted to Christianity by Jesus the lord then went and taught the same things to others and built his church by his word including a jew or gentile

There's only one gospel unto everlasting life, the gospel of the grace of God. The gospel of the kingdom is also good news but for the lost sheep of the house of Israel. It is not to go out to the Gentiles nor the Samaritans. It is concerning the good news of the restoration of the kingdom of Israel. Even after the resurrection, the disciples were asking about this. They were asking when Jesus would restore again their kingdom, after all, that's what they've been going around preaching to the Jews the past 3 years.

Acts 1:
6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Thank you John for your answer I understand what you mean. I will tell you something I know for certain, The kingdom of heaven as you describe as the restoration of Israel is coming fast, not all of the tribes of Israel have come back to the promised land, many people in America and Europe and other regions do not know they are descendent of the lost tribes. I believe a second exodus will take place as we are entering what the old testament scripture describes as Jacob's trouble. I know this because it was revealed to me a few years back. When exactly this will happen, I do not know, what I know for certain is that we are likely the last generation before the second coming of our lord. I found unexpectedly a video that talks about this when I was researching a possible exodus in relation to Jacob's trouble, here is the link;
it's a bit long but interesting.

The kingdom I am referring to for this thread is the kingdom after the millennial kingdom of Christ our lord, the final kingdom where God will dell with everyone who's name is in the book of life!

Many Blessings to you John.

When God created the heavens and the earth, He gave dominion of the earth to Adam, or mankind, and the kingdom of heaven he reserved for Himself, considering that man has no power over the clouds or the sun or the stars, although he is permitted to take advantage of the winds and such. The kingdom of God is Him reclaiming that dominion over the earth and consolidating? incorporating? it with the kingdom of heaven under His rule. So when Jesus says that it is at hand, He is saying, "I'm about to do this..."(paraphrasing), and then He did it.

This is why He says, "I give you..." because, like David, He divides the spoils among his men.

right they were to go tell the world this doctrine

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:18-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:26-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

John your interpretations are just astounding sometimes I’ve read them in the same books you have but it’s just truly astounding to see the effect they have on someone .

you should give up the idea of some alternate gospel of salvation and turn to Jesus and the real gospel it actually saves souls

that’s just bad thinkin man baaaaad thinkin I tell ya

Things that are different are not the same. The kingdom of heaven is not the same as the kingdom of God.
Actually they are the same, and here's the proof:

He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. (Mt 13:11)

And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. (Luke 8:10)

Here is the EXACT SAME saying of Christ but Matthew calls it "the Kingdom of Heaven" while Luke calls it "the Kingdom of God". I trust you will revise your erroneous ideas accordingly.

As I have stated many times, there is only one gospel unto eternal salvation, and that’s through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. If anyone thinks those OT had eternal salvation the moment they died, is creating another gospel.

Question, which phrase did he actually say? Did Luke hear something different than Matthew? “Wait a minute Matthew, you heard the kingdom of heaven? Well, I heard Jesus say the kingdom of God.”😂

Can you show me another example from scripture where the word God is equated to the word heaven? It’s almost blasphemy to equate God with a created place.

John, why try to split hairs in 2? People can call the same thing by a different name but at the end, all know they mean the same thing, all of us here are speaking about the Kingdom.

Peace be upon you.

You can make any specious arguments you want. But no one has ever questioned the authenticity of either Matthew or Luke. So God is teaching you a lesson right there. There is no difference between the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven (which originates with God in Heaven). They both mean the rule and reign of God and Christ over humanity.

Why blasphemy? Jesus is so inexorably linked to His creation He entered into it.

What will the kingdom of heaven will be like. yes, there will be a place for you

The book of revelations gives us a glimpse of what the final kingdom of heaven will look like, it describes the kingdom of heaven where GOD will dwell. That would be after the millennial kingdom of Christ's second coming on earth. the description of the new Jerusalem is simply incredible the size of it will be absolutely HUGE! it is why Jesus said in John 14:2;
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to
prepare a place for you.

Th size if the new Jerusalem would be 1500 miles long x 1500 miles deep x 1500 miles high!!indeed a new earth will be needed!

Below is the physical description from the book of revelations chapter 21:9-27 and 22:1-7;

The New Jerusalem
Rev 21:9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

The River of Life
And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
Jesus Is Coming
And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.

Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

Peace be upon you.
Notice the tense of Ye are come.

Heb 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
Heb 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Heb 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
Heb 12:25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:

Jesus speaking on the Kingdom of Heaven:
Mat_3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Mat_4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Mat_5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Mat_5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Mat_5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Mat_5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Mat_7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat_8:11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
Mat_10:7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Mat_11:11 Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.
Mat_11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.
Mat_13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
Mat_13:24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
Mat_13:31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
Mat_13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
Mat_13:44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
Mat_13:45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:
Mat_13:47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
Mat_13:52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
Mat_16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Mat_18:1 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
Mat_18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Mat_18:4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
Mat_18:23 Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants.
Mat_19:12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.
Mat_19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
Mat_19:23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Mat_20:1 For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.
Mat_22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,
Mat_23:13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
Mat_25:1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
Mat_25:14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.

Jesus speaking on the Kingdom of God

Mat_6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Mat_12:28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
Mat_19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
Mat_21:31 Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.
Mat_21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.
Mar_1:14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,
Mar_1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
Mar_4:11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
Mar_4:26 And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;
Mar_4:30 And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?
Mar_9:1 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.
Mar_9:47 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire:
Mar_10:14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
Mar_10:15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

Things that are different are not the same. The kingdom of heaven is not the same as the kingdom of God. Simply put, the word heaven is not synonymous with the word God. God is a spirit. Heaven is a created place. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Both will be realized at the second coming of Christ. Using them synonymously is not good bible study.
Maybe you could have Jesus study your ideas.

One of the many scourges of Dispensationalism

As I have stated many times, there is only one gospel unto eternal salvation, and that’s through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. If anyone thinks those OT had eternal salvation the moment they died, is creating another gospel.
who preached the one and only true gospel John ?
