Maybe a scorpion with its tail and claws? You said weapons ......maybe more than one?
A scorpion is an arthropod, I think, but this one is a mammal. You might say the password has a small cache of weapons; I might even say it is a master of arms, and that is the next clue.

I made a post #445 about the puffer fish - then remembered it had to be a mammal and deleted the post...
I'm appreciate the post even so, since the puffer fish has a swell defense mechanism. :D

The wolverine's latin name gulo gulo translates "glutton" in reference to its large appetite, and as well as possessing a reputation of being fierce, they are also called the "skunk bear' due to their capability to foul-smelling liquid they secrete from its rear glands. However, they do not do this for defense purposes as skunks do but rather for courting and marking territory. So, it is not the password.

I'm glad to know about all of this. I find this thread so very educational! :)

I was going to say cheetah cubs appear like honey badgers, and slow loris are a venomous primate that have a facial appearance of a king cobra.

You've won with the slow loris that will hiss and raises its arms over its head to form the hood of a king cobra. Additionally, its armpits secret a poison that it sucks out and then bites with if sees the need to. otherwise, they are called malu malu or "shy one" in Indonesia, because they freeze and cover their faces when spotted.

The password is a specific food item.

Hint 1: It's not a dish like jambalaya or a hamburger.

chocolate cherry

thats my fav. Cherry Garcia is the ben and jerrys version, which is to say, they actually put the correct
amount of stuff into the icecream. No other company is willing to it. Apparently it's inconceivable to
put ben&jerry amount of the good stuff into icecream. Im waiting for a generic company to do a
ben and jerry version, and obviously it wouldn't be as expensive. It would sell well.
Here in Canada, we have Chapman's Frozen Yogurt, made with real cream! Black Jack is chocolate and
cherry yogurt swirled together, with large chunks of black cherries, small rectangles of dark chocolate,
and miniature chocolate cherry cups. It is one thing I eat on a regular basis
.:unsure::giggle:. Super yum!!! .:D

It is! My regular discount grocery store sometimes has it on sale: $4.88 for a 2 litre tub (as shown).

Their regular price is $6.99, whereas most other places sell it for $8.99. I bought two last time .:)

It was on sale and that is all the room I have for it in my freezer, or I may have bought more .

The time before that they were out, and I settled for blueberry frozen yogurt, which was nowhere near as good.

One time when they were out I bought the black cherry ice-cream, but again, not as good as the frozen yogurt...

And of course there is the goodness of probiotics in the yogurt, despite freezing .;):devilish:

Is the word generic like 'bread' (including all types of bread) or is it specific like 'oregano' (a particular condiment/herb/spice/etc.)?
it's specific like oregano
