I think sometimes, sushi can have cooked chicken in, cooked tuna or other cooked meat. I've never eaten the raw staff, but with cooked meat, it's nice.)

(Yeah, I don't believe in eating meat raw, irrespective of whether people say it's a delicacy or not. In some American states, Rocky Mountain Oysters are considered a delicacy, but I ain't ever gonna try one! Same goes for raw sushi!)
