Mental and spiritual health

"Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:"

Philippians 2

Hear, hear on the neck pain. I suffered a broken neck some time back and couple that with being at a computer while healing up, well...let's just say that didn't heal anything up. Twas a long road.

* SPO2 reading on a oximeter is a measure of dehydration, unless there is a underlying health condition such as being a asthmatic that might make the reading go low, I was always 95% until I slowly drank 3 litres of water over a day, like a cup of water every 20 minutes avoiding water 30 minutes before meals, and a hour and half after meals, later in the afternoon the nurse thought the oximeter had gone faulty between two of her readings when she went to get another one and got the same 98% up from the normal 95%.
Now the color of my urine is always off clear all day, not dark yellow first thing in the morning.

* Required around of good fats saves on toilet paper, while bad fats escalates the need for more paper.

* Dandruff means there is something missing from the diet, I found it to be vitamin B group & Selenium.

* Food loaded with refined sugar gives me flatulence, normally I do not have flatulence unless I eat something new and it is loaded with refined sugar.

My craftsman battery pack won't hold a charge any more. It gets used where there's no power. My last job, I tried old school tools like a ratcheting screwdriver on big screws in hard wood. I sprained my thumb, opposite wrist and shoulder. The shoulder was from breaking free old gass pipes and heavy lifting. The flared bit driver saved the day and able to remove all the screws, so my cousin stole all my lumber on a job he didn't lift a finger to help with. It was my business and walls that needed removed. Moral of the story.
Wicked thieves are health hazards.

one of my buddies i used to work with always accused me of having primitive tools and he would doubt my ability to get anything done with them lol. Ive got a craftsman cordless impact and i love that thing. I have never had an issue with the battery but time will tell

Mine still worked great. ...if not for the battery.
I read recently that there should be a charge maintained for battery longevity. The Taryl guy mentioned something about that too.
You shouldn't store dead batteries. Recharge them on a regular basis is the thing I got from it. Push Screwdriver Mine with wood grip and metal butt cap.
Time saver.

I am also blessed with a perfect pro quality version of this. It's likely older than Dad and will outlive me. You can get plenty of leverage and it's not too slow when the battery dies. I still remember this being my favorite on the workbench that was at nursery school. We had a real saw, dulled but not fisher Price., Mallet, pegs, screw driver, and this. I was into tools and dinosaurs. Modern preschool baby sitters would probably say that's toxic "masculinity" and gender role stereotype.

I will say that on a big job, I'd much rather use good power tools. They are faster when they are fully charged.

Those were fun.
We boys would try to get them spinning fast as possible and try to hold on.
There were funny ones on YouTube, but banned for too much fun.
Then there were spring animals and tire swings.

I hope they gave a boost in salary with that title promotion.
A facility Engineer should start at over $75k.
