Be careful, there is no evidence Trump went to Epstein island, and the fact that Epstein and Trump were at Mar a lago or some other place together is not proof that Trump was part of Epsteins' parties, Trump was friends with the Clintons at one point. What we do know is that Trump broke off all relations with Epstein and that does suggest that once he knew what he was about he didn't want to have anything to do with him.
