Splendorous Ikons
If you have seen me, you have seen the Father,
Beautiful, transfigured Master, Jesus,
In the joy of Your creation said It is good
Man, Your ikon, breathed life into him.
Magnificence Trinity seen in all of the earth,
The starlit heavens declare Your glory
Skies proclaim the work of your genius,
Birds gracefully flying in the skies
Display, color, and patterns of Flowers,
Striking beauty reveal You Great One
Animals of every kind spared in the flood
By Your hand created, spared by your mercy
He thunders with His majestic voice and great lightnings.
We hear in His voice great things and yet don’t understand
How sweetly you speak to our hearts oh Lord of Beautiful Glory
Know You by the ikons of beautiful creation
