They asked him to come out and he didn't.
Who? The 300 pound homebound man that needed a cane or the disabled veteran?
It was a predawn raid on the guy who was 300 lbs. Maybe he was in bed, maybe in the bathroom. So he doesn't come out quickly enough, so they get to murder him?
What crime were they charging him with? It used to be the police would wait as long as no lives were being threatened and in both cases no lives were being threatened and in both cases they didn't wait. To my knowledge the 300 lb man has still not been charged with a crime. I have never been shown the warrant for his arrest even though I opened a thread asking anyone who had that information to share it.
It took more than a week before I got to see the "offending" post on the internet and it was obvious why they didn't want to have a trial, they would have looked like clowns.
