Trump is there to collect as much money as he can and to gain as much power as he can. No different than any politician.
This is demonstratively false. If he wanted those things, he would have played along with all the corruption. The four indictments reveals he upset the apple cart. We have seen overwhelming evidence of corruption against Hillary Clinton as well as Joe Biden. Yet you see how they are protected from prosecution. If Trump was part of the corruption cabal, he too would be protected.

you really do just make up things as you go along

Trump did not take a salary during the 4 yrs he was President. Trump has more money than you can count and it sounds like if someone steps on your toe you will spit out a preconceived response

it's ridiculous. why don't you educate yourself a little and help yourself to be responsible instead of sounding just downright silly

These are campaign contributions to fund his 2024 campaign, am I missing something?
Lets try this one more time "Trump Holds Onto Piles of Cash, Gives None to GOP Candidates " He's keeping the money for himself, he isn't helping anyone.

You didn't answer my question. This was a PAC so I assume the money is a campaign contribution, and if Trump controls it I assume it was given to his campaign.

Second, which candidates should he give it to and when? Why would you give it to candidates who might not even be nominated?

Also, you are jumping the gun. You aren't talking about the 2020 election or the 2022 election. So until the 2024 election is over it is a biased claim. For all we know he will give the money in close races in the last month to help the most Republicans to win.

Trump PAC has spent about $40 million on legal costs for himself, others

I thought PAC's had to be independent of candidates. Is this not correct?

I don't know, I'm asking questions, ask the guy who is posting all this, but according to him the PAC dissolved and the money is now under Trump's control. So that should be explained.

JohnB,

When posting a link, please try to post something we can read and verify.
A link to an article that is behind a paywall, that we cannot easily read and verify, is unhelpful.
So in the future, please link to an article that's not behind a paywall, or just repost the written article.

If however you can't post more of the article because you haven't seen it for yourself...
that would indicate you have no idea what the article says, or if the headline has any factual support at all.

HEADLINE PROBLEMS:
Unfortunately we have to be wary of headlines, always, from all political sides.
A headline itself, by itself, does not constitute facts or evidence of any kind.
Headlines exist purely as clickbait, and they're not even written by the author of the article.
They're clickbait, and sensational on purpose, created purely to drive clicks and traffic, and create a stir.

I have no opinion on this particular article.
None.
I'm just stating that headlines are generally unreliable, and we need full articles, and more data.

Have a great week.

Sorry about that. I try not to use articles connected to any pay wall. I did post another link not connected to a pay wall, free to read.

This was the post I responded to "That's why I'm just waiting for the Lord Jesus to return and rule. According to the Bible, those who rule the nations with Him will be by His appointment, not by vote of the people of each nation, state and city. So no voter fraud! "

This was what I was referring to. Saying that you're just going to wait, to me, that suggest that until Jesus comes you're just waiting. (generally, not that you are not doing anything at all) Sorry if I misunderstood, but that is what those words in that order mean in my head, plus that falls in line with the dominant Pre-Trib view as well. That the church is going to be beat down and evil will overcome us until Jesus comes down, pulls us up, and brings judgement and then His kingdom. BTW if done this way would make it a kingdom that we can point to and say "there it is", when that is exactly what He said it wasn't like.

There was quite a bit of assumption in my first post, but to act like it's just completely unfounded and came from out in left field is a little dramatic honestly. At least try to understand where I was drawing that from by reading the bold underlined part. It's just the logical walking out of that eschatology in my mind. I wasn't trying to make it seem like I know what YOU believe or anything like that, I was only trying to share a problem with that particular view of end times that I got when reading that comment.

No, really, what you wrote is completely unfounded. You read more into what I wrote than what was there. Notice how NO ONE ELSE thought the same thing as you about what I wrote?

From now on please leave me alone and don't respond to any of my posts. I don't like how you insinuate things about me when you know nothing about me.

I was insinuating things about a particular eschatology and did so by asking questions.
I didn't see anywhere that I attacked you or said anything to warrant this kind of response. That wasn't my intention at all, although I do know this is a very touch subject that people get very emotional about. I'm sorry it hurt you so bad.

I just want to get this strait though. When you're confronted with ideas you don't like, instead of thinking about what they say and having a conversation about it, to maybe even teach the person (me in this case) something I needed to hear or learn, or God forbid you accidently grow or learn something yourself, you excommunicate me and tell me not to respond to you anymore?

No problem, but I can't help but notice this is completely unlike what Jesus tells us to be like towards each other, in my opinion anyway. I will not respond to any more of your post after this. Hope you have a great day.

Romans 12:11-21 Overcome Evil with Good

11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.

Stand up for righteousness! Brace yourself! Do everything that you do as unto the Lord.

12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

I am full of hope. I see what is happening in the US right now to be the fulfillment of what happened in the time of Esther with Haman preparing to wipe out the people of God. Imagine what would happen if they could steal elections, pack the supreme court, and outlaw the gospel. There are already places around the earth calling the gospel “hate speech”. China has already put Xi’s portrait in every Christian church sanctuary and they are required to teach from his writings and to sing the national anthem in their worship. They tried to make it illegal for people of God to express their faith (the baker who was required to make a special cake for a same sex wedding, but ultimately won in the Supreme court). I also feel we need to be patient in this battle. Right now I see them in their walled cities hiding behind their walls hoping the armies of Israel will go away. But as the evidence of fraud, corruption, treason and obstruction of justice comes out we can prosecute them and convict them. We just need to stay strong in prayer, believe in the Lord and know that it is not by might or by power but by His Spirit that we will overcome.

13 Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality. 14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.

I went to five Stop the Steal rallies and in every one you see these ones who persecute us. They scream “fascist”, they attack the elderly and women and children. In Atlanta they massed into a group of about twenty with homemade armor and baseball bats. Do not be baited into cursing back at them. Instead bless them. But don't be naive, we had many who were carrying guns openly (legal in Atlanta). So no issue.

15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. 16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.

It is a joy to associate with the “deplorables” and the “irredeemable” and the “chumps”. I don’t see myself as a “Trump supporter” because I serve the Lord Jesus. But I do see myself as someone willing to associate with those of low position. I see my worship involving being joyful in hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer.

17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. 18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.

These are easy mistakes to make. Look at the BLM and ANTIFA protests. They have stated that they are justified in repaying evil for evil. They have not been careful at all to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. Right in the eyes of everyone, not just your little group. They have taken revenge. Instead in the Stop the Steal rallies there are those holding up the word of God as the light, they hold up Jesus as king of kings, we pray, and we sing hymns. We trust in the Lord to repay. We made a covenant with God 400 years ago with the Mayflower compact. We are honoring that covenant to be a light on a hill, the New Jerusalem as a testimony to the whole world and we expect Him to also honor that covenant.

20 On the contrary: “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”

This is why I have repeatedly called on Joe Biden to honor his word to unify and heal us. Stand up for righteousness that all these contested states would have a complete audit so that the whole country can trust in the election and see that you are truly their president. It has been almost three years since the contested election, by not responding to those with concerns the amount of people questioning our election integrity has increased dramatically. It has been a failed approach to ignore people calling for an audit.

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Whoa! True and proper worship is to overcome evil with good! They have shut down church services, so let’s have true and proper worship in the streets on the sabbath!

"It has been said that politics is the second oldest profession. I have learned that it bears a striking resemblance to the first." -- Ronald Reagan.
