I was going to say 'cream' but thought of its nature to sink and thought of how whipped cream is always on top, 'unless it melts on a hot apple pie and becomes liquified and begins to slide down. Then again, it can only 'go down' whereas cream has the potential to rise so, I get it, why the answer was not accepted that is. No worries.

This was intended to be a 'joke' (of sorts) on Moses Young - provided he showed up soon enough to post a guess. I have the expectation that his [first] guess would be 'the flat earth'.

Secondarily, to see if folks would guess with words other than 'pancake'.

Thirdly, to show that I do indeed actually have a sense of humor and a playful 'wit'.

Fourthly, to get the game going again so that folks could enjoy playing it.
