I think Israel is ready ( this is confirmed) and wants to build the third temple soon , these events in my mind point to this.

there are rumours they ( ultraorthodox want to destroy the Al-Aqas mosque also but I cannot find the link, perhaps it was removed...

They probably destroy the mosques due to being weapons depots

It's the muslims that have gone mad... if they would leave Israel alone there would be peace.

Hamas has tunnel entrances in mosques, private homes and civilian infrastructure. Hamas people either need to surrender or be killed. Whatever happens, business as usual is not acceptable. Israelies have had enough. Only the ignorant and wicked could justify what Hamas has been doing since elected. Israel occupied Gaza for over 40 years and there was relative peace. Now look at what Hamas done in the last 17 years. Ordinary Gazans pay the price for their poor judgement in electing Hamas.

"Israel"? As in who exactly? Israel has a mix of religious zealots, atheists, irreligious, Muslims and Jews who just want to be left alone. Israel should leave the mosque there. It's not the real temple site anyway. Muslims are most unlikely to bomb Jerusalem and risk damaging the mosque.

The land of Israel... belongs to God. He promised that those that curse the descendants of Abraham... would be cursed.

When Jesus returns to Club Earth... He will be landing in Jerusalem so the modern day nation of Israel shall be preserved.... so sit back and watch all these nations gather up against Israel and Israel comes out victorious because the Lord Jesus is helping them supernaturally.

The Koran is very different from the New Testament. We are told in the NT that the Lord's kingdom is not of this earth which is why the angels didn't fight for Him. That is not the attitude of the Koran. The Koran very much equates the religion of Islam with setting up a kingdom on Earth.

We view church buildings as sacred and off limits in war and for the most part that is quite fair since the Christians who use those buildings feel the same way.

But Muslims do not view the mosque the same way.

A mosque may very plausibly be a command center or a armory for the fighters.

There is only a small part of Israel in Israel, the rest is still scattered, many Canadians and Americans are fron lost tribes of Israel.

Maybe. I'm not convinced that the lost tribes have any identity any more. They really are lost. Jews are Jews and have maintained their identity. I learned about "British Israel" but I was not convinced. I was born in England 72 years ago. It's more like a Muslim state than Israel. The "dark satanic mills" have become mosques and "Jerusalem" more like Mecca.

With the current deep hostility towards Jews now, Israel may find an influx from other countries.
